The website is not user friendly, doesn't explain in detail the various sessions and packages available and to make a change, FORGET ABOUT IT! We booked the "most popular" session because that was the only time we could get. I asked several different employees the day of regarding the purchase of pictures and received different answers from each person. I do not have the time to come back to their studio for a "presentation" of photos and to face the high pressure ordering process. I just want to be able to purchase a small package of prints and a few digital downloads. I was told that you cannot purchase individual digital downloads unless you purchase the thumb drive for $900. This is not a wedding, this is completely ridiculous and offensive. I wish that my sons school would change their company. My other son went to a different school and his graduation pictures were easy, not a whole production and certainly very reasonable. I attempted to call the company today and was told there was a 45 minute wait! THIS COULD NOT BE MORE FRUSTRATING DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
