I respect the skill of the teachers, most of whom are young females. As a result, instructors show an instructional bias towards students like themselves. Women and especially men of a certain age are invisible. My experience with the boutique staff is even less satisfying- they seem aloof and peevish. How hard is it to say good morning or thank you, even if I'm not a local yoga regular? Perhaps the staff simply mirrors ownership's attitudes or they have enough business. In any case, I'd recommend going to this studio with low expectations and being surprised or waiting to return home.

She responded immediately to my inquiries about class times, cost, etc. She was very helpful getting us into a group class (she also does private sessions). She led us through several different exercises, balancing steps and stretches. It was so relaxing and helped with aches. The equipment was great: mats/towers/benches/foam rollers/resistance balls/chairs/barrels. It was a clean and organized studio. The products she used smelled great--bonus aromatherapy! Hopefully I'll be able to attend several sessions while I'm here.

Two awesome instructors who can take my body as it is and fashion a healing and rejuvenating session. I have been doing twice weekly Pilates for about ten years with various instructors and there is no better experience than at Pilates Studio with these women.

The weight equipment is fairly old, but seems well maintained. There is a pool, hot tub, racette ball court, locker rooms with showers, and a yoga studio. I would say rates are typical resort town rates, similar to what I pay on Muai. With a one or two week pass being bearable. One star off for no proper cable row or cable pull down. And one half for either slow or non functioning WiFi. Plus half a star for decent free weights (squat rack, barbell bench, and dumbbells up to 110lbs.)
