We had to fire him from our kitchen remodel when he started delaying progress. He started delaying progress when I asked him to clean up after his work in our kitchen and when he installed sub-par moulding and added moulding we had not agreed to (we were still living in our house---so this was important) and he began screaming at me over the phone. He had an inability to control his emotions when confronted with any conversation that did not praise his work. He then did not bill his work in the manner we requested( we had to get reimbursement from our insurance after a fire--so this was also very important). His electrical sub contractor billed us almost 3 times the amount of the bid. When we fired him, he did not pay his sub contractor for all of the the painting job, and that sub begged us for the money. The painter also told us he had a bad temper. Because he refused to manage his emotions well (sarcastic and unresponsive texts, for example) or answer our questions reasonably after this, we hired a lawyer. We still had to pay the unreasonable electrictrician charges, and we piad him a lower portion of what he would have been paid if he had completed the job- and shafted his painter of full pay. We had to hire a new electrician and contractor to complete the job. Do not hire this man. Save yourself the heartache.

Josh has been to our home to do to separate remodeling projects…read more The first project was the remodel of the tile and both bathrooms and utility room. Josh didn't outstanding job on the tile work and I'm very satisfied with how it is holding up and it is amazing to look at. During this first visit he also built the bookcase which is attached on one side. It is free-standing on the other so that we can move it about it is a beautiful piece of furniture and I am very satisfied with it. He also built another custom piece which is the corner curio cabinet. Each piece has to be custom made. It was built into the wall to hide an open space and it is perfect he built-in lights and it holds everything that I need in that area. On the second visit to our house, Josh helped repair a leak in the sink. The previous floor had failed in our kitchen and he replaced all of the flooring with tile. I cannot say how much I love my new kitchen floor. Each time Josh was here he was respectful of my home, he kept it clean, he cleaned up after himself, he was kind, funny and friendly. He always kept his promise and he is an outstanding person to work with and you won't be disappointed. His prices are fair and customary to this area.
