Over the years, through his messages and lessons, he taught me the name of every muscle, every vertebra, and every bone. Rob is simply the best. Rob is sooo good. I have never had an experience like it. He took me up on my request for the deepest tissue massage yet, and it was literally the deepest massage I have ever gotten. He was able to relieve my knotted up traps, and knots on my lower body I didn't know existed. I get both chronic headaches as well as migraines. I have found that a good message will greatly help the pain, and if I keep up with regular messages, I can keep the worst migraines at bay.
