Dehydrated? Hungover? Jet lagged? Quench IV bar claims to treat all of those symptoms and then…read moresome. The latest thing in health, ladies and gents! I've been wanting to try Quench eversince I heard about them several months ago, and I finally took the plunge today and got the Meyers Cocktail, which "improves symptoms related to numerous conditions including migraines, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, sinusitis, and PMS." I don't have any of those things, but who doesn't need a dose of super B complex, vitamin C, B12, magnesium, calcium? The studio is decorated with a blue palette... cool tones... not sure that was a good idea since IV drips make you cold anyway. But it's comfortable. You sit in huge, plush recliner chairs while the IV drips into your veins. Comfortable. It takes about 30-45 minutes. No real pain or discomfort. I can't say I feel any different than I did before I came in other than when I came in, I was thirsty, and when I left, I wasn't. I peed right before and had to pee again almost immediately after. So I do think it helped with hydration. I think if I were actually sick--a cold, tired, hungover or jet lagged--then I'd feel results. Or at least I'd like to think I would. I may try a B12 shot in the future. That should make an impact regardless, right? Pleasant staff of RNs and NPs. They'll come to you if you have an IV party... bridal groups or what have you. Pretty cool. Your first service is 10% off. Lots of packages to choose from, and even memberships if you want to be a repeat customer.

10/10 - A Truly Cleansing Experience - Mind, Body, and Spirit!…read more I honestly never thought I'd be raving about a hydrotherapy colonoscopy, but here I am -- shouting it from the (cleansed) rooftops! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with the warmth and kindness of an angel disguised as a professional: Miss Marie. She is an absolute GEM. Sweet, welcoming, and the epitome of professionalism, Miss Marie instantly made me feel at ease. Her energy is so calming and reassuring, you'd think she was sent from a spa in heaven. She walked me through the entire process with such grace and clarity -- no question was too silly, and no detail was spared. Now, let's talk about the procedure area. Immaculate doesn't even begin to cover it. The space was spotless, cozy, and surprisingly luxurious. It felt more like a high-end wellness retreat than a medical appointment. Soft lighting, soothing scents, and everything meticulously clean and ready. I felt like royalty walking into a palace of purification. And the procedure itself? LIFE-CHANGING. I walked out of there feeling like I had just shed a lifetime of toxins -- physically lighter, mentally clearer, and spiritually reborn. I've never felt so cleansed in my entire life. If inner peace had a physical feeling, this would be it. Miss Marie, thank you for turning something I was nervous about into a genuinely uplifting and empowering experience. You're a miracle worker with the heart of gold and the hands of a healing goddess. I'll be back -- and next time, I'm bringing friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you're even thinking about it -- DO IT. Your colon (and soul) will thank you.

I was very comfortable as the office and treatment area is nice and clean. This was my first time having this service done . I had a 10/10 experience. Marie answered all my pre service questions and also provided me with recipes for smoothies , juices to make for my after care. I would recommend her to anyone interested in the service. The level of care I received was impeccable, and i will return for all my needs in the future.

I had the opportunity to visit here and wish I had made time to spend several days in the library,…read moreit's an amazing resource of fascinating and abundant materials. They have a very nice metaphysical library upstairs that anyone can use, but only members can check books out. The gift shop is nice and a very spiritual atmosphere. I have long been fascinated by the life and achievements of Edgar Cayce and was fortunate to have a number of interesting conversations and email exchanges with his son Edgar Evans Cayce before his passing 2013. His father, Edgar Cayce made his home in Virginia Beach, VA from 1924 until his death in 1945. On June 6, 1931, 61 people attended a meeting to carry on Cayce's work and form the Edgar Cayce Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) Today A.R.E. is a non-profit organization that has been transforming lives for nearly a century. It's aim is to help individuals achieve profound personal change in body, mind, and spirit through the wisdom found in Cayce's psychic readings. This organization serves as a great resource for those seeking to enhance their spiritual growth and well-being. The history of A.R.E. traces back to Edgar Cayce's extraordinary psychic abilities, which he used to help thousands of individuals with health concerns, past-life insights, and spiritual guidance. Cayce's readings covered a wide range of topics, including ancient mysteries, holistic health remedies, and spirituality. These readings form the foundation of A.R.E. and continue to serve as a source of inspiration and guidance for its members. A.R.E. offers a variety of services, workshops, conferences, and retreats to support individuals in their journey towards personal transformation. These programs cover topics such as meditation, dream interpretation, spiritual growth, and holistic health practices. Additionally, A.R.E. publishes materials related to Edgar Cayce's teachings, making his wisdom accessible to people around the world. The headquarters, in Virginia Beach, houses the Edgar Cayce Library, which contains an extensive collection of books, audio recordings, and other resources. Members can access these materials to deepen their understanding of Cayce's teachings and explore new paths towards spiritual growth. A.R.E.'s immensities lie in its far-reaching impact on individuals seeking personal and spiritual transformation. By providing access to Edgar Cayce's profound wisdom and fostering a supportive community, A.R.E. continues to empower individuals to unlock their true potential and lead more fulfilling lives. As a testament to the organization's lasting influence, Bottom line: A.R.E. has grown to include regional chapters, international outreach, and online resources, making its life-changing teachings available to an ever-expanding global audience.

At first it felt a little weird but they were very nice when i went to the counter. The gift shop has crystals, aroma therapy, books, tarot cards, and more!!! This is one of my favorite places to buy tarot or oracle cards because they have a demo box for each box of cards. So you can open them and see if you vibe/connect with the cards and artwork. Its also a bigger selection than most places.. There's also a table if you want to sit down to read or look through the cards. The jewelry is also beautiful if your into crystals. They have wire wrapped pieces, copper pieces, and more. I could easily buy a lot in here. Lol. There is also a lot of good books in there. I can't go and not be in there for at least an hour. After you leave there's a meditation garden outside that's very relaxing and they also have a meditation room upstairs. The meditation room is has a great view of the beach across the street. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. Keep an eye out for flyers. They have psychic and spiritual expos throughout the year. During the expos you can sign up for psychic/tarot/medium readings, reiki, they also sell handmade items, and other cool services. Check them out!!!

My therapist Melissa was amazing such healing hands. One of the best massages I've ever had. My sister in law came too and agreed with her session from another therapist too. I was able to get an appointment very soon. The schedule was open. So that was nice. Upon arriving at 67th street, you can park at the bottom of the hill or drive up the hill behind the building. There is a handicap accessible ramp in the back of the building. When you come in the back door you walk through the hallway to the main lobby. I was greeted and checked in then taken to the alphasphere room. Its located on the bottom floor and it did feel like a dungeon a little bit. Lol.. When you get to the room its glowing blue and the room is dark. I paid for the 30 minute session. Its a combination of vibrations, music and tones, and they have 4 colors to choose from. You lay in a special chair. At first i couldn't get comfortable. But then i finally dozed off and got relaxed. I chose pink which was a pretty soothing color. I do wish I'd have gotten the hour since i wasted 10 minutes getting into it. A hour may seem long so i feel 45 minutes would be the best because its not over doing it or under doing it. But they only offer 30 mins or 1 hour. Its an experience so if your expecting something special, its not going to knock your socks off but you'll feel peace and calm... Now the downside!! Theres a sound proof pad over the door because its supposed to be quiet, but it wasn't. Lol. I heard every conversation of people walking by, doors opening and closing, and etc.. The room is very quiet but just outside is all the noise!! So thats another reason it took time to get comfortable. I would try it again though. It was enjoyable. My massage therapist (Bridgitt) was very friendly and had a fun vibe. She helped me relax. She focused on my problem areas and we had good conversation. The facial was nice, it left my face feeling refreshed. Keep in mind this is a basic facial with hot towels and a face mask nothing extensive like blackhead removal, exfoliation, or anything like that. But still enjoyable. I left feeling light and relaxed. I would return for more services. It was a pleasant experience.
