Got a call from them asking me why I didn't show up, which is totally understandable When I tried to explain and apologize to the lady and tell her to just charge my card for the missed appointment she got very pissed off and basically hung up on me while I was in the middle of trying to explain why I couldn't be there. Excuse my language, but she was a real bitch. Took a time out. Then went to their website to send a message about what a bad experience I had. When you click on 'send a message' it takes you to a page saying they don't accept messages. So I searched on the internet for their phone number (which isn't on there website) and gave them a call to let them know they may not have the best customer service person making follow-up calls. And I got the same lady! I guess they only have one person answering calls. We talked for about a minute before she went back to her old routine, how she had to hang up on me because 'her' therapist had been waiting for me for 15 minutes and she needed to get in touch with someone to see if they would take my spot, both horrible lies since I told her earlier I'd pay for the missed appointment.
