I had a bit of a stressful week and figured it was time to have a massage. Now I am no massage…read moreexpert, and honestly, this was only my second one in my life... however, I can tell you I will be going back monthly. Making the reservation was very easy. You just go onto their website and select the type of massage or experience you are looking for. You can choose a specific person or any, and pick your time. They do book up, however, I was lucky and made an appointment the day before. If you are looking for specific times though, I would try to go at least a week, sometimes two weeks in advance. When you arrive, you walk right into their waiting room which is very calming. Their are signs that tell you to silence your phone, and wait for someone to come grab you. Once you go back, there are multiple rooms. The rooms themselves are also very calming and they have heated tables for your massage. They ask you various questions about pressure, any allergies, types of scents, etc and then they get right into it. Overall, this was everything I needed and more. I love how close it is to my house, the ease of booking, and how comfortable they make you feel. Lovely experience and I have already not only made my husband an appointment but booked mine for next month!

Well, after losing my mom I became manic and that LONG day she was asking me about was the start of my mania and I knew that day because i was up overBeset Al 48 hours after that long day. I work normally 4 hours and I worked 12. I deal with disabilities and that is not healthy and I knew as the day went on and my boss even noticed. It scared me and I knew I needed help on that day she spoke of....my long day. I was not only blown away by her accuracy she felt like an old friend. She was cautious and yes spoke of her life and gave personal experiences that I LOVED bec I not only could see her experience but she related it to me and my life. I left blown away and have seen her now several times and she also has a podcast (look her up) excellent stuff if you're interested in not only healing but personal growth. There are so many skeptics out there but you know what they are just miserable people who if were open to it could get healing and live a more fulfilled and joyous life. Go to Lisa. Oh, one more thing is that i was so concerned about my health . I couldnt drive to see her. She called me and went over our time to not only give me an amazing reading but resources then she emailed me as she promised links etc to help me. ; I am just recommending her bec she is a really good person who genuinely cares about people and their happiness and growth physical and mentally. Go to her once and you will feel amazing and could possibly change your life, like she has done for me. I Also, one last thing. I have never been so in love with an experience before. As an autistic person, this was the most amazing sensory experience of my life. The prices are so reasonable, and so worth it. After my first trip, I had to immediately come back the next day just to do it again. You can lay in the salt, play in it, cover your hands and feet, my clothes were covered in salt dust when I left and it made me so giddy. (You can also just lounge in their chairs if you prefer) Inhaling the salt they pump in felt incredible, Iv never breathed so deeply and clearly. I have asthma, and a heart condition, and it was so good for me. It also was a huge aid to my depression, anxiety, and grief process. I came here on my baby's birthday, my little girl who is in heaven now, and she felt close to Me here. The shop owner shared with me that many people feel called to come here with their grief (which is just love intensified) and bring photos of loved ones. I wrote some poetry in here on my solo visit, brought my favorite crystals and just let all the energy soak into me. The first visit I came with my son and husband, my son who is also autistic LOVED this experience. For a while We wrapped him in a blanket and he relaxed while I hurried his arms in the salt. He absolutely adored it. And being in there with him was such a beautiful experience for us both. He's 6. We will Be back! As often as humanly possible when we visit this area. Christie is a well educated woman possessing an ability to improve health and quality of life by offering Reiki  energy and restoring balance. She educated me a little to the world of Reiki. She did a session for my dog, Tinky, and myself. She explained what she would do, we would possibly feel and experience. My dog gravitated to her and was very peaceful during her session. I could tell Tinky was getting something out of this besides attention and another belly rub. Chrisite physically detected problems in me in three areas, upper abdomen/chest, right knee and right shoulder which she found required more healing time. She was 100% correct. A day later I did noticed the stiffness and soreness in my shoulder was gone. I had occasional minor discomfort in my knee and noticed that was diminished. During the session I felt heat emanating from her hand as well as a sensation coming from within the area she worked on which ceased once she removed her hand. Tinky appears to be doing well but she does have a torn acl in her left hind leg so we have to expect some continued problems there. She also has a partially collapsed trachea and over past few days it appears to have improved. I sent photos of Tinky so Christie could do a remote session before hand. I'm looking forward to more sessions with Christie, That Reiki Girl Tinky wants to see her again too. Healing takes time but Reiki can aid your own immune system to be balanced and do it's job.
