I got a text confirming my massage appointment at 10:30 and then a text @ 2:00 cancelling. This is incredibly frustrating considering I had other things to do today and rearranged my entire day around the massage- only for it to be canceled. I also read other reviews from customers who had the same issue with being canceled shortly before due to the therapist being "overworked" to use her words. In hindsight, I wish I'd listened to the other reviews warning me of this and I wouldn't be in this position. If you are considering booking here, I'd say steer clear. There are multiple reviews warning about the last minute cancellations.

Scheduling with her was easy through phone calls and texts (although be prepared to have to schedule over a month in advance). When I arrived, Jeannie was very friendly and walked me through the process. She has many years of experience, and I could really tell that she wanted to tailor my massage to me. Because the Groupon is strictly for the aromatherapy massage, she focuses on the whole body, but she definitely spent extra time trying to work my shoulders and upper back (even though she didn't have to) because I said that they were bothering me.
