I inquired about her services and she walked me through what her services looked like. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming environment. There was dim lightening, wonderfully persistent oil fragrances throughout the room and music playing. Prior to my massage we talked about areas of the body I wanted to focus on and during the massage Ms. Malone checked on me frequently to inquiry about if the movements and pressure were to my liking. I have been to many other massage service provides in other cities I have resided in and this was my most pleasant experience. I felt comfortable and completely relaxed as a first time client. After the session we discussed hydration and specific oils mixtures that could aid in releasing some of the tension I hold on particular places. I was very happy with my services and booked a second appointment immediately following. I look forward to being a continued customer. Additionally, there is a parking lot with several spaces for customers. I valued that entrance parking and directions were emailed to me prior to my appointment and only one customer can enter the massage room at a time given the current Covid-19 policies. The entire building is a shared space, however my massage was peaceful with no additional noise disruptions. I look forward to my next visit!

The glenbrook one sent me to the other since that one was the one I signed up with. So I proceeded to call west Jefferson who I signed up with and the front desk told me I had to get an override from the manager so I waited all weekend until wednesday when she called. She told me I wasn't allowed to transfer since I was in cancelation. That the time before was a one time courtesy and wouldn't be allowed again. I asked why it was allowed since the contract I signed and the cancelation form didn't say anything about not being able to transfer massages. She said that something she will bring up to corporate and then proceed to say I won't be able to but she can book me a massage.  I think it's ridiculous that, something I had paid for, isn't allowed to be transferred regardless of me canceling my membership. I paid for it and should be allowed to use it how I please. This experience and the cancelation experience has dettered me from ever resigning with massage envy again. I'm disappointed and, quite frankly, disrespected that what I paid for isn't able to be used how I see fit.  I hope this issue can get resolved for me and future customers and ultimately have the west jefferson office(management) aware of policies and not withhold massages and paid for services against any further paying customer.

I have seen 2 separate masseuse and both have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. I see Brittany every other week and she does a wonderful job. There are several masseuse and each specializes in a different area. I struggle with migraines and trigger points and honestly with out her I wouldn't be able to function daily. I utilize the monthly membership, it gives a discounted massage rate for one session a month. It's a bit different than other places, you never lose your massage that you pay for, so if you don't use it one month then you have two the next, there is no cancelation fee and your not stuck for a certain period of time. They simply ask that you give 30 days notice to cancel. Additionally I LOVE that if you call and don't get an answer they automatically send you text message giving the hours and offering the option to contact you back.

I was also able to split my 90min gift card into two sessions, one 60min, & the next will be 60min with 30min paid for (from gift card). The space itself is clean & the front desk staff are very helpful & friendly. I met Judy who is the owner & she talked me through the membership deals they offer, which I loved! I have been to a few different massage locations, & although there is no quiet waiting room or sauna/shower room here, the massage is what made it worth it. The deals they have here are definitely ones I would recommend, along with booking with Tara for your appointments! Overall I am looking forward to becoming a member at this location!
