She told me I wasn't allowed to transfer since I was in cancelation. That the time before was a one time courtesy and wouldn't be allowed again. I asked why it was allowed since the contract I signed and the cancelation form didn't say anything about not being able to transfer massages. She said that something she will bring up to corporate and then proceed to say I won't be able to but she can book me a massage. I think it's ridiculous that, something I had paid for, isn't allowed to be transferred regardless of me canceling my membership. I paid for it and should be allowed to use it how I please. This experience and the cancelation experience has dettered me from ever resigning with massage envy again. I'm disappointed and, quite frankly, disrespected that what I paid for isn't able to be used how I see fit. I hope this issue can get resolved for me and future customers and ultimately have the west jefferson office(management) aware of policies and not withhold massages and paid for services against any further paying customer.

Her nail tech was over 30 minutes late to work, forcing her to reschedule. She gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked. Fast forward to the day of the new appointment: twelve hours after giving birth to our daughter, while still in the hospital, we received a call from the owner asking if my wife was still coming in. I answered, excitedly explaining she had just delivered. Instead of offering a warming understanding, or opportunity to reschedule given the big life event, the owner responded in a demeaning, narcissistic tone: "Well congrats, just wish you would have called to cancel." This level of insensitivity and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a non-essential business. No pregnant woman, new mother, or family should be treated this way. Please think twice before giving them your business.

I absolutely love the therapists here and recommend them frequently to friends, family, and acquaintances. I've even had my 5 and 8 year old boys worked on by the staff, and they keep asking when they can go back. Family friendly and a bit like Cheers because everyone knows your name. You definitely don't feel like a number here. They always provide the best care possible and refer out if needed. Vital Living has been at this Southwest Fort Wayne location for around 15 years and just opened a new Northeast Office out in Leo behind the Leo Post Office. Both offices are clean, quaint, and wonderful to go to. Vital Living has an awesome Refer a Friend program, where you can get $10 off a future service when you refer new client and they come to their appointment. New Clients also get $10 off! The online scheduling is a little better because you can now select the location first before booking. Super handy to be able to book 24/7. So happy to be able to book online and schedule a massage near me! They accept HSAs and FSAs at the clinic, as well as provide supervises to submit to insurance. They also have been known to get quite a few physician referrals for both acute and chronic pain situations. Some types of services they offer include: Integrated Therapeutic Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Prenatal, and other specialties like Cupping. Infrared Bodywraps help with inflammation, pain, detoxification, and overall wellness. I can't always work out with a busy family and working full-time. Often I'm tired (and cranky). The wraps also allow me to sleep, burn calories, ditch the brain fog, increase happy hormones, and get more energy in 60 minutes! Body sculpting and contouring is a nice touch for those looking to lose stubborn fat pockets that don't disappear with diet and exercise. It's nice to know options are out there.
