Healing frontiers is by far the best chiropractic office we've ever been to. Dr. Ranney is amazing. We've lived all over the country, and more than once we have had to fly out here to have him fix one of us. He adjusts myself, my wife, and our babies. He was the very first adjustment for both of our kids right after they were born. Love this place. Absolutely recommend. The office is always a friendly environment. My family and I have had so many issues with this office. The biggest issue is that the front office (Dr. Ranney's wife) bills patients for services that they are not allowed to according to their insurance contract. They went so far as to have my daughter sign a contract billing her for multiple therapy treatments that are not allowed to under our insurance plan. After 6-8 weeks of frustration and aggravation she finally received a refund! Another issue is that you can't choose which chiropractor that you would like to have treat you. I have tried both and only Dr. Ranney gave me relief. They are adamant about this and don't give any consideration to the fact that you may have to see a doctor that doesn't provide any relief. It's a toss of a coin when you walk in there. It's like a deli counter. Their office is a revolving door. Their concern is how many people that they can see and how much income they can bring in. After all of this I decided to leave and requested a copy of my medical records. It took them a month for them to provide them . You can imagine my surprise when all that was in the envelope were copies of my office visit notes. I picked them up on the 30th day and New Hampshire law requires a health care provider to give you a copy of your record no later than 30 days after they receive your request. I was so frustrated that I was ready to file a complaint! I drove down the street to another chiropractor who treated me with respect and am extremely glad to be away from this negative atmosphere! In closing, I emailed Dr. Ranney to make sure that he was aware of all these happenings and his response to me was surprising as he didn't have any regard to the the issues that I was experiencing. Portions of his emailed response to me include: "I try to stay out of most of the "front office" issues.............I did prepare your records to be sent to you when you made your original request. I'm not sure why you didn't receive them. I understand you stopped in for them today..............If you concerns are about billing or insurance, I am completely ignorant about such things and am intentionally out of that loop. I won't be of much help about those things." I have spoken with over handful of others in our area that have left this office for the same reasons listed above! read more

I'm very pleased with the results so far. After having been diagnosed with spinal arthritis and experiencing pain and limited flexibility, sciatica and other issues from standing on hard floors all day, I'm thrilled with how much improvement I've felt after just a couple of visits.
