I have unfortunately had lots of back pain throughout my life so I have gone to chiropractors for a long time living most of the year in Westchester County just north of NYC. And the chiropractor I have there is amazing. I have a house in Wells, near Sanford, and have been coming up here all my life, but have never needed any help with my back when I have been up in Maine, but recently for some reason I have had tingling all along my right side. I was so worried about it that I even went to the hospital here to check if I was having a stroke. I was a little wary of going to a new chiropractor here in Maine since I love mine in NY, but I worked with Dr. Brett Cole at Brink Chiropractic clinic and he was amazing! He spent so much time with me working to diagnose where my problems were stemming from and then once he had figured it out, all along the way he checked to see that I was okay when he did any kind of stretch or adjustment. He was so caring and so professional. He did not rush and I felt so cared for and after spending almost 1 1/2 hours with him, I felt so much better and have continued to feel better the whole day. He reassured me that what we were doing together would help my issues and he talked to me about stretches that I can do to help with my issues going forward. For two weeks I have been worried that my issues were related to something more than just my back and my shoulder pain and after working with Dr. Cole I feel so much better after just one session. I feel more like my old self and I am reassured that the issues that I have can be helped with the stretches that he recommended and by going back for more treatments with him. I cannot recommend Brink Chiropractic, and from my experience, Dr. Brett Cole, enough.

I recently had an episode where I *thought* I had a pinched nerve etc. as I was driving to his office it just got progressively worse. upon arriving I wasn't a pretty sight. Laura immediately put me in a room. when Dr mark saw me he knew I needed more urgent care. he called an ambulance. but he was so kind & gentle with me. even though I was in agony, I appreciate that he knew his lane and that he shouldn't adjust or touch me. he took my vitals and let the EMT's do the rest. he easily could have let his ego get in the way. but he did not. he made the right call for me. because I wasn't in my right mind. I highly recommend him & his staff. Laura, autumn and I dont recall the other ladies name at the front desk (so sorry) they are always professional. And have always been honest with me.

Dr. Silcocks diagnosed the problem as a herniated disc. She explained how it happened. She massaged and adjusted my back, then gave me everything I needed to know about how to heal as quickly as possible. She said it could be as long as two weeks, but within two days following her advice, I was practically back to normal.
