NEVER again: I had facial and massage Facial: esthetician wore gloves during entire facial--such an unpleasant feeling on the face. She wore gloves and had towel OVER my head during scalp massage--useless and waste of money for scalp massage. She NEVER took light to examine skin or extract any white heads/black heads. Hands down the worst facial I've ever had in 25 years of getting facials. Massage: Massage Therapist: WAY TOO CHATTY! Heated bed not turned on prior to getting onto the table. MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE: The purple elastic fitted sheet on the table WAS DIRTY--white flakes all over. Had an old fleece throw as cover instead of proper sheets. Absolutely disgusting; I asked therapist to change the sheets. I paid for 2.5 hour package--they were "done" with my treatments 20 minutes early. I will never return. Must be a hack shop for tourists. read more

My mother called on May 30th to make an appointment with Ormond Massage and Wellness Center for an early birthday present. They were able to get us in right away on June 2nd They were running a special for a foot detox, hand hydration, massage, and facial so we decided to try it out. Everyone was SO friendly and the services were amazing. I've never had a better massage and the facial made my face the softest it's ever been. We were in the same large room the whole time while one of us was getting a facial the other was getting a massage. This worked out perfectly for us. We will most definitely be back read more

I had a great massage/facial/ foot treatment there just yesterday, so before I forgot the wonderful experience I though I would post my review. The massage was great, the past thirty years I had lived in California and got massages quite often, so I consider myself a pretty good judge of what is or isn't a good massage, once the therapist got started she really went to work on the knots on my shoulders and in my neck, it wasn't easy going, ( because I had held a lot of stress there) but she did a great job. SUPER!! Next was the facial and that was bliss,I loved every bit of it and I believe I fell asleep briefly it was that relaxing and my face felt AMAZING afterwards. The foot detox was my first, and the owner taught me a lot, I will definitely be back. Thanks to all!! read more

My great friend and I took advantage of the $115.00 2.5 hour spa day. We didn't know what to expect as we both have never known about this spot. We were NOT disappointed, we were well taken care of by Theresa who did the massages and Damaris who did our facials. We felt so amazing and relaxed after leaving. The shop it's cute and they offer sooooooo many things for wellness not just massage and facials. Highly recommended, we will continue to use this location for wellness. read more

My girlfriends and I planned a spontaneous spa day for the three of us the day before. So happy they were willing to accommodate us and at a late time as well. Really appreciative of their customer service! The foot detox was a plus and very interesting! I have not seen many places that offer this service. Overall, I would go here again! Oh fyi, this is located in a small plaza and it has a one way entrance and exit. I suggest to not drive too fast so you don't miss the entrance turn. It is positioned first. Probably drank too much could of called at 7am and leave a message on phone but no she calls at 9am when looking forward to appointment for a relaxing day what a big disappointment. Showed up with two of my girlfriends for 2 1/2 our VIP session which was planned two weeks in advance. This is for a special occasion and vow renewal ... They had no record of us did not make any attempt to help us get a massage and we ended up leaving empty-handed with no remorse from the woman at the front desk. Very disappointing. We have scheduled twice for a couples massage but both times one of their masseuses didn't show and they told us to come in one after the other which is NOT a couples massage . We have cancelled both times and won't recommend or reschedule this is ridiculous service if you run a business and both times we scheduled a week in advance . Badly run company glad we didn't go can't imagine the massage would have been good either . I have told two different couples who were looking for couples massages about this and they have scheduled with another salon. read more

i would leave 0 stars if i could. My daughter and I went there for her first massage for her 16th birthday. The receptionist called to reschedule 4 times! the last time they called to reschedule was 10 minutes before the massage. We went and showed up anyway because we were already driving. upon arrival the receptionist informed us only one lmt was there when we specifically asked for 2 so we could experience it together. This lmt was the only sane and good person at this spa. she took us to the room and tried her best to help us feel comfortable and to help us get situated. Then some lady in a nightgown hobbled in and said she was our 2nd therapist. the 2nd lady proceeded to tell me that i didn't need any papers and that she could start right away. the 1st lmt walked out with her and told us we could start getting undressed for the massage. not even 30 seconds later the first lmt stormed in, apologizing profusely and said she was leaving. we then didn't feel comfortable to continue so we put our clothes back on and went outside to talk to the first lmt. she said the 2nd lady that walked in was NOT a licensed massage therapist and that she was not working in a place that scams people. if you're ever thinking of coming to this place- don't. read more
