I mentioned my lower back needed attention and she skipped that all together. She and the intake specialist mentioned face and head massage and she skipped those areas as well. This place is definitely not a spa and the push for a membership after that experience was laughable. Of course they show a full body on their tablet stating the whole area has a lot of stress. How would you know that when you skipped areas? Do not go to a retail spa in a strip center; the location is poor, parking is bad and the masseuse does not listen to your concerns.
