I was doubtful as I am elderly and have a very complex medical history. However, I was getting worse and more dependent on pain pills so I decided to give it a try. The clinic was clean, calming, and very relaxing. Yesika thoroughly went through my medical history, asking and answering questions, and explaining everything. I saw an improvement after my first treatment, but I didn't want to credit acupuncture till I was sure. I have had 10 treatments so far and it's amazing how I have been able to replace prescription pain pills with Tylenol. I feel way more relaxed and overall much better. I scheduled my first consult and massage on the phone with Mary, the receptionist. She neglected to book my massage after my consult. I was so disappointed to say the least. I let it go. I had to reschedule my 2nd appointment, which Mary did when I called. However, the next day she called me to tell me I missed my appointment. I informed her I had called and cancelled it a few days previously. How hard is it to manage a client's appointment? Also, I was told the initial consult would be $185, only to get home and look at my bill which was $365! This was for less than one hour of consult. Not sure what type of business they are running there but I will not be going back for further disappointment.
