The owner Mollie was very responsive and helpful with the booking process. She also proactively followed up via text to check on my experience as a first-timer, and to fix a small payment miscommunication before I even made it all the way back home. As for the massage and facility itself I enjoyed the small touches like slippers and water/tea. The aromas are really pleasant, and my massage therapist Kim was fantastic. He found my usual tension very quickly but also uncovered some gnarly other spots I didn't know were there. I know they're doing serious good work when I feel relaxed yet walk out a teeny bit nauseous and sniffly! The other masseuse was talking quite a bit and pretty loudly which took away from the experience. They should be more mindful of that considering most people get a massage as a form of relaxation.
