I like that you can text to make your appointment; I was able to do that the evening before and got the time I wanted! It's definitely a no frills spot - practical set up, minimal decor, and clean but basic. You don't really get the full "zen" experience but the masseuse was strong and targeted my pressure points. I didn't like that they basically got started without asking me which areas to focus on or for my preferred pressure. I had to proactively tell them and even then, the majority of the time spent on the massage wasn't on my target areas mentioned. The other masseuse was talking quite a bit and pretty loudly which took away from the experience. They should be more mindful of that considering most people get a massage as a form of relaxation. Nonetheless, I certainly felt more loose, relaxed, and slight tenderness after which I took as a good sign.
