I read the review the person wrote complaining about how long it took to get his lab results back. He just needs to realize that some tests can take longer to get back, especially if they are for non-routine testing for the hidden health issues that Dr. Jasmer was able to identify. I would think that he being able to identify things that many other doctors could not would earn him some slack on how long the LAB takes to get his tests done. Compare that wait to how long you had to wait to find someone who could help you. No doctor is perfect. But Dustin sincerely does his best for each of his patience. He cares!

recently I could not attend my appt, bc of this I paid an out of pocket fee of $100 that's totally…read moreunderstandable...Moving forward, I call to schedule my next appointment after I payed said no show fee only to have the front desk reveal that i can no longer schedule treatment in advance. I will now only be able to access scheduling on the same day. This is practically impossible and not to mention inconvenient. I feel frustrated and mostly confused since I have never received a written nor verbal warning being notified regarding why I would be denied. They have now disclosed any time you cancel appt. Regardless if it's several days in advance or if it's to only to reschedule, it will still go towards your total three no shows, resulting in denial for booking future treatment. Overall I'm disappointed in the communication to better disclose policy's. I've noticed this company doesn't care about a patients experience rather than getting paid. I've had treatment at this clinic that was amazing and some that were horrible but continue to rebook bc I found one provider in the clinic that gives their patients full service and attention compared to other that rush or they will sit on the computer for more than half of the appt only leaving maybe 15 min of actually receiving a treatment.
