I did the energy and sound experience last month and afterwards I felt like so much weight was lifted off of me, I felt lighter, happier, and had a such a sense of peace and hope. My most recent visit, I did the full session, my experience was equally amazing yet different. I had a very personal experience that came up from 12 years ago that wasn't on my mind at all, but something I never grieved or dealt with, Eileen felt the same thing, even wrote it down before I said anything, which blew me away. We even talked through it after the session with some great suggestions to help heal. We got lucky and were the only 2 in the in the room, so that was cool. It was incredibly relaxing! You are given a blanket and hot wrap for your neck. I found this studio a few months ago when I decided to reinvent my July 24th for 2025. Last year on this day in 2024 I had surgery to remove the extra skin after losing 165lbs from 311.5lbs and the surgery I came home and unfortunately started bleeding internally and had to go back to the ER for additional surgery in total I lost 4 pints of blood and needed a transfusion. That day I spent most of the day stressed, panicked, unconscious/ in surgery for 10 plus hours unsure of what came next. I knew this year on July 24th I was gonna seize the day and do stuff relaxing and rejuvenating. This yoga session targeted stretching and zen through the class . There was a point where she mentioned to let go of the stuff that's behind us and release it and leave it at the beach. That moment felt great to really zone in the waves and everything at the shore to move past last year. The instructor was very attentive and made sure everyone understood each pose and directed us when to breathe. This was everything I needed for today, the beach setting and the yoga/zen. Having never been on a web cam before, I am able to use Zoom very effectively my phone or laptop for yoga where Erica and I see each other and speak to each other ... so it is just like having my own yoga instructor right next to me to give me instructions, encouragement, tweaks to my poses. Out of curiosity, I…read moredecided to search Yelp for a spiritual psychic and came across Energy Intuit by Angela Bixby. With a 4.9 out of 5 rating, I felt comfortable giving her a try. After visiting her website, I found it to be well-organized and easy to navigate. I chose the 30-minute spiritual guidance session ($130), and I appreciated that I was able to book a same-day appointment--it was exactly what I needed during such an anxious time. Within a few hours of booking, I received confirmation emails along with the Zoom link, which made the process smooth and reassuring. According to her website, the 30-minute session allows for 5-8 questions, so I took advantage of that by preparing my questions ahead of time since this was my very first spiritual reading. During the session, I asked about my love life as well as some questions regarding relatives who have passed. At times, I provided some clarification to help guide the reading. Later that night, after the session, I received a phone call from my stepdad that ended up reassuring me about my love life in a way that felt very similar to what Angela had shared during the reading, which I found interesting. Angela herself was beautiful, kind, and had a very calming and joyful presence throughout the session. While a few parts of the reading left me questioning, much of what she shared felt accurate--especially regarding situations I'm currently going through and details about my family members. Overall, it was a comforting experience during a time when I truly needed peace and direction. If things truly fall into place in my love life, I'll absolutely be back to update this to a 5 star review.

I like this salt room better than others in the air as it's smaller and more salt is pumped into the room. They also have an infrared sauna, reiki and other holistic healing services. Check them out for a relaxing treat!!
