Since we booked the last time slot for a couples massage of the evening, we were not able to use the sauna or steam room afterward and our services felt extremely rushed by every single person we interacted with there. I noticed that the snacks and some additional amenities were put away about 90 minutes before they even closed. We only booked the last massage of the evening because that was just what was available and I don't recommend going at this time. They offer an option to visit the sauna/steam room the following morning for the first few hours of the day if you're the last appointment the night before, but they only tell you this when you get there. This was not helpful for me because I had something to do early the next day. I also took the time to fill out a form for my massage therapist and she never looked at it, she just told me to hand it to the cashier when I left. The masseuse did not ask me if I enjoyed the pressure of the massage nor asked for any feedback. It was more like a fancy rub down for around 45 minutes in a warm bed. The cost was too high for a rushed 45 minutes and marketed as a 60 minute luxurious experience. The woman who massaged my husband spoke to him more than my therapist did, and so he was happier with his massage. Both therapists seemed mentally checked out for the day as they started our massage late and were just going through the motions with their job/lacked going any extra mile whatsoever. We were getting married the next day lol. I guess that's what you get for including automatic gratuity on the couples massage. The room atmosphere was very nice for the couples massage, they included towels and sandals, but as a whole this was very disappointing and overpriced. Will not be going back!

The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

I know that I prefer a lighter massage, and Katie was great at making sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain but was still getting the circulation and muscle manipulation benefits. She directed me to the room where I was to have my amazing facial, and told me to take my shirt off and slide down my bra straps. I was covered in a towel to protect my bra from the oils she used. The spa type music definitely drowned out the noise of the cars on Lundy's Lane which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Virginia did an absolutely amazing job with the facial and the mini massage on my neck and shoulders was a real treat. I will definitely be returning to try her other spa services!

When I walked in a man was sitting at the front desk and he greeted me right away and gave me information and had me in within about 20 minutes. (Not too bad for a walk-in) Teresa that did my nails was absolutely nothing but pleasant and quite fun to talk to! Very much a genuinely kind person. You don't see that a lot I find especially in this kind of industry. Plus I LOVED her hair. Just wish I loved my nails as much :(
