It was an easy reservation system and I received many updates via text, which was nice. It is also an easy check in system, with a computer, when you enter the facility. They were running behind and had two people working on me at once. One on my hands and one on my feet. While I appreciate efficiency, the manicure was completely rushed. The polish application is messy, uneven, and pooled around my cuticles. It lacks the professional, crisp finish you expect when paying for a premium tier. To make it worse, the hand massage included in the luxe package was skipped entirely.
