I didn't quite know what to expect from my reconnective healing session. But I'm glad I did it. I experienced relaxation, strong emotions, and a restored feeling when it was all over. I'm not sure what Alex did, but the session induced a peaceful and calming sensation. I didn't open my eyes at all and was completely still. But then I dreamed, though I was not asleep. I had vivid dreams, like I was having a real experience. While seeing these visions, I was totally transported to another place and time, and unaware that I was in a room lying on my back. Towards the end of the session I began to want to get up and move around, but remained still until the session was over. I also experienced waves of color passing before my eyes, which is hard to describe but gave me a reassuring feeling. I was glad that Alex made notes on the visions and sensations I had so she can document peoples' experiences. The whole session makes me want to continue the relaxing and "waking dream" experience at home. I don't know if you call that meditation, but I think what Alex tapped into is just the beginning of what I believe is a new way to experience life. And I'm not saying I now have the answers to everything or that I know so much more. Sometimes raising more questions and experiencing mental relaxation is its own reward. I wish Alex all the best. My session with Alex was amazing... I went in about 5 days ago for my 1st Reconnective Healing session and wasn't sure what to expect. I sought her help looking for relief from anxiety and occasional depression- I went into it skeptical, but hopeful. The session itself was so relaxing. I was pretty wiped out immediately afterwards (in a good way) and for the remainder of the day I felt like I was on a cloud. Colors seemed more vibrant and I felt very peaceful- there was no longer an underlying sense of urgency or anxiety clouding my mood. The days following have been much of the same- I wake up in the morning and just.... wake up. I haven't had to talk myself into a good mood and convince myself that everything is going to be just fine. I've also found it easier to stop my negative thought patterns, to compartmentalize my worries and actually enjoy moments and experiences. Before, it would all be a jumble of anxiety and stress- my brain has worked this way for as long as I can remember. And I haven't had an anxiety attack since (which is amazing considering I am still in the midst of an uncertain stressful situation). Alex is such a lovely woman.. she has a warm, nurturing and loving energy. The therapy she is offering is such a gift- I'm looking forward to coming back for another session or two. I am so happy to have found Reconnective Healing and I'm looking forward to the positive shifts I will continue to make in the future. I finally feel like I have some hope to be able to actually live life and really feel experiences rather than struggling to survive. The first time I met with Alex for Reconnective Healing Session I really did not know what to expect. The session is just like she describes it on her website. You lay down close your eyes. All of a sudden you feel tingly. For me it started on my head and worked its way down to my feet. It feels like you are sleeping but you really arent. Then once you're done you discuss what you experienced. Let me just say that once you leave the office you experience a plethora of miracles. They are all around you but now you notice it a lot more. I started as a happy, healthy person walking into Alex's office. After my three energy healing sessions I didn't know I could be happier and feel healthier. I went in with a level of skepticism (as we all should when we endeavor into such treatments) since there are so many people that claim to have abilities to help others in the "spirit" sense. But after several sessions with Alex, I am a true believer in her being a learned and serious practitioner of her therapies. She is also a person who is highly intuitive and sensitive to her patients energies, as she was with mine. I awoke from my treatment thinking she must be some sort of sorcerer but I know better than that, because what she does takes study and serious dedication. Alex talked to me about the Reconnecting Healing a while ago before I thought, I'd try it. I had to feed my inquisitive side and actually find out what it was all about. I was lying on the table and Alex started, very quietly walking around me. The strange thing is, she did not touch me, yet I felt a very surreal energy, that started at my head and went through my body immediately. Alex continued to walk around me, the energy became more intense, almost as if I was lying on hot rocks. I remember being awake, hearing everything around me, wanting to open my eyes to see what was happening, but was told NO. When I woke up, apparently 30 minutes later, Alex mentioned that I'd been knocked out (almost snoring) for 25 minutes - which I don't remember. According to me because I could hear and smell EVERYTHING around me, there is no way I was asleep, but clearly was not the case. :-) I had a tingling feeling on my left leg and my right arm and I immediately shared with Alex the very strange dream I had whilst I was ASLEEP! - all good I must say. I was pregnant when Alex first offered to do a Reconnective Healing session for me, so I was a little worried that it could be too overwhelming, given all hormonal changes my body and mind were going through at that time. But it turned to be an amazing experience, Alex was great and did everything to make me relaxed and comfortable. I experienced a lot of different sensations throughout the session, I heard sounds and smelled things that were not in the room, but the most amazing sensation was a feeling of great excitement and happiness that I had without memories of any preceding events. Many thoughts were going through my mind and I even tried to concentrate on them, but couldn't no matter how hard I tried, so at some point I just gave up and let my mind rest. I felt very well-rested and happy after the session, the world around seemed brighter and more colorful, it reminded me of the day when I put in my contact lenses for the first time and finally was able to see clearly again. I have always been a pretty healthy eater but after gaining 60 lbs with pregnancy and developing unhealthy food habits, I had decided to seek help. I suffered pretty bad insomnia for a couple of months. Before I tried the Reconnecting Healing with Alex, I had done all sorts of stuff that were supposed to help with my insomnia (I slept most 1 hour a day). I had tried exercising, acupunctures, massages, breathing meditations, psychologist, praying, cutting off caffeine, taking herbal supplements......anything I heard to give a shot I did, but they did not help as much as the first time Alex performed the procedure on me. I was lying on a very comfortable table with a thin blanket on me, there was a little light music to calm my mind down. My eyes were closed but I could sort of sensing Alex circling around the table. She did not touch me, but I could start feeling my body registering to the energy created by her effort. The whole process took about 30 minutes. That night I slept like 6 hours with no interruption!! It is very effective indeed, the only thing that helped me with my insomnia that I did not have to do anything for it besides lying on a table with my eyes closed. I highly recommend it!! read more

As soon as I stepped in to Alex's office, I felt so at ease. I am an intuitive empath and very sensitive to energies/environments and I've learned that it really makes a huge difference when the decor of a space, the feng shui is in order. I just recently got into yoga to help me with some nagging injuries. Yoga has led me to start looking into meditation and other aspects of holistic healing. So while researching holistic healing online, I stumbled upon the Healing Three website which focuses on re-connective healing. The site described this type of healing as bringing your mind and body in balance with energy and light. I was apprehensive at first, but the more I researched I became intrigued and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I met with Alex five minutes before my session to discuss my expectation for my session and the types of ailments I was hoping to see improvement in. She mentions that this type of healing is no "cure-all", and I may not feel any improvement at all after my session. I appreciated her honesty. Well, after my first session, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I did not see any benefits physically, but what I got out of the session helped my mental state which worked wonders. I had been toying with meditation with not much success, and what I got out of my session with Alex was a state of relaxation and peace that lasted long after our session. During the session, I was able to calm my thoughts, let go of stressful feelings and actually feel the energy that Alex was transferring to me. It sounds crazy as I write this review, but there is a real benefit to re-connective healing. I've had two sessions with Alex, and both times my stress and anxiety levels were reduced significantly. I came in looking for a physical benefit, but I came away with a new way to lower my stress levels. My experience may be different from others that experience Alex's sessions, but for me, the mental benefits are worth every penny spent. read more
