I've been working with Lynda for a few months now and I can definitively say that it has changed my life for the better. I had gone to Lynda because I was having insomnia due to a stressful period in my life. After 5 or 6 sessions of hypnosis, I was able to sleep with no issues up until this day. It has been approximately 5 years now. Subsequently, my 11 year old daughter was having insomnia as well, apparently due to a frightening experience involving a scary video that she was exposed to by a classmate. I went to Power Journeys Hypnosis to work on a sudden rather severe depression that had taken hold of me. I had never had a depression experience like this before. I brought my teenage daughter to see Lynda because she has been suffering from headaches and low back pain almost every day for the past year. I don't know all of what happened in the session because it was confidential, but I am pleased to say that my daughter hasn't complained of a headache or back ache in weeks since the session. I went to see her 2009, and I should have listened to my first instinct. But because I was so emotionally weak and unaware, I gave in, trusting her to help me with her high fee. My first impression was that she had a messy desk, a little disorganized. The material she gave me, I could have found anywhere online, and it did not help. I released some blockage with tears, but I could have easily cried on a friend's shoulder. Talking to my brother for 10 minutes did wanders than what she did for me in about 3 sessions. I've been working with Lynda for a few months now and I cannot express how helpful she has been to me in one of the most trying times of my life. My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for years and more recently a devastating loss after finally getting pregnant through IVF.
