The other reviews mention this and are why I decided to take my business to her. The place is clean and well-kept, and she is very careful to ensure she's providing the type of service you need during each session. However she is constantly 10-30m late to appointments, communicates poorly and doesn't seem to understand how this turns the expectation of relief into a frustrating and difficult experience. I wish I didn't need to leave this review but I don't want others who are suffering like me to go into it blind. I have recommended friends to her and they're now telling me they can't get appointments either and have moved to other providers, though the business is still open. If you don't mind a very inconsistent schedule with last-minute or no notice, then this can be 5 stars for you.

He met with us almost immediately, offsite close to the highway.
