My feet are very soft as I care for them. Tara aggressively filed away until she sliced the side of my foot by my big toe and it began bleeding. I had to tell her I was bleeding. She said, "Oh wow. I can't believe I did that. I can always tell when I move from calluses skin to softer skin. I didn't feel it." I don't have callused skin on the side of my foot. No apology. At first it was a little awkward because my masseuse did not speak English at all and she was massaging me while my husband just laid there for a good 15 minutes.
