The front desk associate is so pleasant. Ana, my massage therapist, was so warm and calm upon meeting her which definitely translated to her massage skills. I got the prenatal massage as I'm 37 weeks with an active toddler at home so I really needed some deep relaxation. She was so gentle and just had the magic touch - a skill that is not learned but is innate. It put me to sleep which is rare for me as I do not take naps. She is so sweet, genuine, and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly appreciated the care and attention Ana gave. Staff checked us in via tablet alongside lemon-water. It's a tight lobby. The restroom is straight past the rooms in the back- to the left. Once it was time for my appointment, I was taken aside to discuss service needs. Once were in session, the sound of the ocean was played. I elected to have the Swedish Massage by Denise. A warmed towel, rod and heated lavender scented pillow were all incorporated. My neck wasn't feeling the massage headrest long term. So, I moved myself onto the bed completely. Do what you gotta do. The massage was helpful for releasing some knots around my shoulders and overall circulation. I also added the under eye patch treatment. The rooms are a curtain away from each other. So, note that once back near and/or in your room that the staff communicates in hushed whispers. I wasn't quite sure when the appointment was to start and finish. I feel like I blinked and it over. There's no lingering pain which is awesome. Parking available in the retail lot. Happy relaxing!

I always find a parking spot on the outside with easy access available and have yet to enter parking garage but they do have one available. I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Everyone is different of course but if you have pain and looking for help this place is a good start or finish if you're lucky. I showed up, waited 20 minutes past appointment time, called and texted her. She was a no show. Never cancelled with me. She calls me back and tells me she assumed I had cancelled my groupon when she informed me my second and third session "may be male" provider. I told her I never cancelled the session and she never asked a question. She apologized and rescheduled with me for the following day. The same evening she cancels that session and asks me to get a refund from groupon. I told her if she refuses to honor her own groupon (as unethical as it is) she should be obtaining my refund for me. She promised to call groupon to have them remove her ad for the voucher she refuses to honor and get my refund. The next day she informs me that groupon requires me to request my own refund. Her ad is still on groupon. I had to contact Groupon three times, took several hours of my time to document all of the text message evidence, chat and email with groupon to finally get a refund, but with hard proof Mia won't provide this service Groupon won't pull the voucher. Bottom line: Mia lacks integrity in not honoring her own vouchers, attempts to convert you to a different voucher, attempts to change terms of voucher she sold to pass you off to an unlicensed provider, fails to show up at her own appointments, and makes excuses even for allowing her voice mail to fill up ("most people don't leave messages"). Massages and reflexology are supposed to be relaxing and fun, not stressful and frustrating. The refund I fought very hard for and obtained can never reimburse for the value of my time and energy. Do not be fooled by a discount with Mia, while she might possibly do a good job if she chooses to show up, I can tell you from personal experience I've never experienced a reflexology or massage provider so incredibly shady in my life. I hope that Groupon terminates her and I hope that she gets out of this business, and whatever she is doing with her unlicensed "male provider" seems shady. If you want an awesome, ethical massage provider nearby look no further than Now and Zen Bodyworks, Brenda is outstanding and also intro offers on groupon (I have no affiliation other than redeeming voucher with her).
