I brought my 18-month-old daughter in for her very first dental visit, and the experience was…read moreincredibly disappointing. As a first-time mom, I was already feeling a little anxious about how she would do, but I expected the staff to be patient, understanding, and supportive. Instead, I felt like we were an inconvenience from the moment we sat down. We waited at the dental chair for 20 minutes before anyone came over -- which is a very long time to try to keep an 18-month-old entertained and calm, especially in an unfamiliar environment where she's expected to just sit still. When the hygienist finally approached us, there was no attempt to engage with my daughter, build rapport, or help her feel comfortable. No effort was made to show her the tools, explain what would happen, or ease her into the experience. Instead, I was essentially told to hold her down so they could proceed. For a child who had never seen a dentist before, that approach felt abrupt and insensitive. To make matters worse, the hygienist hadn't reviewed her chart and made me feel as though it was my fault that a medical form wasn't completed -- a form I was never provided when I filled out the initial paperwork online. I then had to stand around with my daughter for another 10-15 minutes waiting for the form to be printed and completed. The lack of organization and communication only added to an already stressful situation. What should have been a gentle, positive first introduction to dental care turned into a distressing experience. My daughter, who previously enjoyed having her teeth brushed at home, has been resistant ever since this visit. That alone speaks volumes. This was an awful first impression, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

First off, this is now Mondovi Dental. I started coming here because the dentist, Dr. Lee was…read morerecommended to me. He is no longer the dentist there. This made me nervous. I have heard that the temporary dentist was awful. Today I had an appointment so I reluctantly went for my cleaning. All new staff, but I was greeted upon entry and they conifrmed who I was and my insurance. My new hygenist, Taylor, introduced herself and we got along very well. She is sweet and made adjustments when something didn't feel right to me. She did let me know, although I was already aware, that Dr Lee was no longer at that practice, but the new dentist is permanent and he is a good dentist. Dr. Bellucci came in after my cleaning. He was pleasant and friendly. He checked my teeth, found 1 spot to "watch." Being that I still have my wisdom teeth at 49 years old, I often get told to have them pulled, or how do you clean them, or they are gonna decay. After talkkng with Dr Lee, I was resolved to having them removed if they begin to decay. They haven't. Dr Bellucci agreed,, saying they are lined up, all the way in, and you can keep them clean. I got no lecture about flossing, already admitting that I should more often. He was quick, efficient, and thorough. I didn't feel as if he was trying to bill me for unnecessary work.

She seemed to delight in making me mad and had a smirk on her face it was very passive aggressive and rude.
