I've been going here for over a year and am so sad I won't continue anymore. The service from most of any staff is amazing! But pricing wise, this place has gone way down hill. I thought this place wouldn't nickle and dime people, but now it's all they do. When I first started coming here I used to get the house oil black label for 5 grams for $50. Then they started doing bogo which hurts me a little cause I'm not medical, so my cut off is 5 grams. But still I came here, finally this buy one get one for 71% off, wtf is that man. Just do a bogo, it's your in house oil, it's cheap and easy to produce. But no just keep charging more for the same product. read more

Oh, as much as I love MPX the 3.50 card reader charge is not worth it. I don't have a bank here so it is extremely hard for me to constantly pull out cash and I thought today I would try the card reader and I will never do it again. I've been to this location about 5 times now. I must say I'm a sucker for any dispensary with a great reward system and deals. The Holistic Center or THC carries Sublime and MPX products which I love. I love the lemon tea cake and almond coffee cake from Sublime. The disposable pens from MPX are cool and usually on sale. Their new set up is nice. The staff is nice. Will come back when I'm in the area. Sunday is the best day to purchase from this dispensary. read more

The Holistic Center is my preferred dispensary. Deals are usually pretty good, however, I've noticed recently on BOGO specials, usually for timeless cartridges there are only 500mg and never 1000mg. When I ask, staff advised me they hadn't ordered any. Like another review, why would you offer a special and not really be able to cover it? - it has happened to me 3-4 times. My guess is you make a little more money on the 500 mg than you do on the 1000 mg, so you don't even order them. I've had to call in a few times to have my allotment checked before I go in, and its about a 50% chances that I'm hung up on! (either pick up and hang up, please hold- sit on hold for a couple minutes- then a pick up hang up) -- once I was 3 times in a row, and when I called back they tried to put me on hold, and I said no, you keep hanging up on me, and he said "well we're really busy" --- so your solution is to hang up on your customer???? read more

The don't even acknowledge leafly express orders. The whole point is to speed it up but now even with you're pre order you have to stand in a long line, wait a long time, just to check in then wait more to receive your order. No organization at all. Apparently there was a pre planned holiday party for 12/17/21, but nothing on your website indicated an early closure. I was told I should've signed up for the email and text notifications because that's how it went out. Seriously? It's 2021 and we can easily update website information.
