Terrible service. Has nothing and the staff is not friendly. Tried to read a package and got yelled at to not touch.

I'm new to Baltimore but I am realizing that all of the establishments don't have a problem taking Black people's money they just have a problem showing Black people respect as customers. All I asked for was the same thing I do every time I go into a dispensary. I have an account with Health for life for years in Bethesda. I come out here and get treated as if I don't have any money. They won't even tell me the options that cost more than a certain amount. Fuck every single last one of the staff members there. read more

this place sucks. The staff is not friendly. The security guard has an attitude problem. They have a rigid return policy and used to sell products that did not match the description but would refuse returns based on the claim that it is a consistency issue. I went back after about two years to give them another shot and they in the back and then they told me to come in and then they told me the computer system is have to go back out and wait so I did and then I go back in and I can't purchase what I wanted to because they said I'm not allowed to even though it was an item that was on their recreational menu so I decided to just take my money elsewhere. read more

this place sucks!!!! I spent over $1000 a month easily couldn't even exchange a $50 vape top because it had been one day past two!!!!! Aside from that, the points used to be awesome!! hints, the word used to be! The staff are really great people!!! I don't know if the company has become greedy or what but the point system is horrible. You don't earn shit anymore. they won't exchange anything either no matter how much you spend monthly. AS A MEDICAL PATIENT When it comes down to it, it really isn't medicine is how they treat you!!!! no real life, customer appreciation! Made order online and after arriving at store and making it all the way to the back they told me they sold out of the product.

The staff doesn't ask you to confirm if you are a medical patient or not. The security guard harassed me to take my hood off even through there were other customers with their hoods up. He followed me into the room where the bud tenders are located and kept staring at me to make sure I wouldn't put up my hood. I have never been asked to remove my hoodie out of all the dispensaries I've been to. The security guard will be the death of the customer service aspect for this business. read more

I must have picked the wrong time to visit? Blaring music you could hardly talk over and staff looked like they were "High". Rewards app couldn't be activated. Staff said "Yeah we don't have good internet here" Humm?, well Ok then. anyway after 25 minutes of getting nowhere, it seemed wise to shop somewhere else. Awesome place. Great selection and deals. Overall the best of all the dispensaries hands down. Rewards system is best. Some stackable deals are available... great deals for veterans.. especially if you take advantage of their $25 off $100 or more, or $55 off $200 or more. Let me lay it out- if you're a veteran, and you go on Thursday and buy $250 worth of product, you'll get $55 off. That takes it down to $195. Then, they'll give you your 22 percent vet discount off the $195... which takes another $43 off... which takes it to $152.. and if you go between 4:20 and 7:10 (happy hour).. they'll give you a free pre roll tube worth $12 containing two bats since you spent $50 or more. On top of ALL THAT.. if you leave a review, they'll give you a second ore roll (another $12) So in theory, if you assume you bought five 1/8's at $50 each.. and deduct the cost of the pre rolls from the $152 using their respective monetary values, and include their weight in grams.. that means you got 19.5 grams of product for $128!!! That's almost three quarters of an ounce!! read more

This place has been my favorite by far. The employee's are very knowledgeable of the products and what matches your needs. They have a great rewards program and happy hour with discounts. It's a very secure place and they are all about customer service, your needs and up to date on all products. I reccomend this place to my mother and personally took her to both locations and she learned so much that she didn't know before from other places. She left confident and well educated on the products she bought. I would reccomend everyone to check them out at the Dundalk and White Marsh location. read more
