I've been a customer at this location since day one, and this experience completely changed my view of the business. I stopped in the back of the building for a few minutes while waiting for my order because there were no available parking spots. During that time, security approached me twice. On the second interaction, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, including being insulted over the radio. I simply stated that my order would be ready shortly and that I would wait briefly. What followed was completely unnecessary escalation over a minor situation. Instead of any attempt to de-escalate or treat a long-time customer with basic respect, the interaction turned hostile and unprofessional. including being insulted over the radio. Update: The situation was ultimately handled by General Manager Matt Hersh, and unfortunately, Rather than addressing what happened or acknowledging any staff conduct, I was told I was no longer welcome and that my account was being closed. It's disappointing to see a loyal customer treated this way over a brief and avoidable misunderstanding by your security staff. This was handled poorly from start to finish, and it reflects badly on the business overall. read more

This place kinda gave me the creeps. Customer parking out front was full, so I tried out back. A departing (or arriving?) employee sitting in her car barked at me it was "staff parking" only and I had to move. That message was indeed barely painted on the asphalt, but who knew this was such an issue when their customer parking was full? The confusing dual doorbell and security check-in situation was pretty sketch and unfriendly. But mostly, the purchasing queue felt like waiting to receive my prison uniform. You are finally shuffled into a drab, inner sanctum where employees are perched behind a soviet-era, bank-teller-like set up, but nearly twice as elevated, with no product visible. The kid behind the wall was friendly and helpful, god bless him, but the entire set up emphasized transactional shame. I did notice a drive through, so if you need the convenience of this location, and you know what you want, this has to be a better experience. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this count, although I have not put them to the drive-through test (and can't believe they offer it, given how they threat their highly suspect walk-ins). Hey, I was given a free, KIP-branded disposable lighter to cheer me up--yay! The only thing missing from the experience was Santa's boot kicking me down the slide and out the door. read more

Go to Chessecanna or Trulieve if you don't wanna waste your entire day at this dump. Stopped in this dispensary in search of a particular item I haven't been able to find for months. Given that it was my first time here I had a tour of the entrance and large waiting area. After searching for months I wasn't hopeful I would find it here. But, EUREKA!!! Nicholas my budtender was calm, easy to talk with, patient with me and all my questions. Gave me excellent info and was extremely helpful. The store itself is clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. If you'd prefer to speak with a pharmacist they have 1 on Mondays. A majority of the employees are rude and disrespectful. They will tell you one day that you are able to stack your points with discounts and then the next day you can't. They treat medical patients like crap here so if youre looking for a place with good quality service, don't go here. The manager running the late night shift is also very defensive and will do anything to intimidate his customers read more

Was my current favorite dispensary until today 2/10/25. My autistic 12 yr old is welcome at other dispensaries in the area as i am a single mom. Ive never had an issue bringing her in with me until today. I was at KIP a week ago and they were "happy to accommodate". (My drivers side window is broke so i cant go through the drive through. ) The bud tender came out & took my $$ and gave me my online order. Today i called ahead and let them know i was there & had an online order. This time they passed the phone to the Manager on shift. She was huffing and puffing on the phone then in person said they are "short staffed" and wont be able to accommodate doing this anymore. I told her "i'll just go to a dispensary that welcomes my daughter" she said "ok, have a good day!" and walked away. I am a medical patient and a single mom and one day you guys are so happy to accommodate me and my needs, the next i get this manager who clearly was annoyed she had to come outside and help. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be coming back. I only goes to places that welcome special needs individuals.... unlike Kip, i guess. So sad. smh read more

i've gone here over a dozen times and never have had a good experience. Today, I was told that they were closing early and that it was posted all week. I haven't been there all week and it didn't say that online. The system let me place an order for 6:45 pick up, showed up at 6:30 and they were walking out the door telling me that they closed. read more

So user error on my end and I thought that some concentrates I had purchased were less than the amount I had purchased. Not only were the staff lovely when I went in the first time, but they were more then happy to accommodate what I had perceived has an error. After realizing my error I reached out to the manager Mr.Hersh and apologized and offered to make the situation right on my end since my mistake could have cost them. He was more than understanding and had there truly been an error I know he would have gone the extra mile or two to make it right. I will always go to kip because of the staff.
