It's not an assembly line. My husband and I love getting adjustments and Dr. Ben always shares exercises and ways at home that you can support your healing in between visits. When I follow his advice it works every time. All the staff and Dr. Ben are friendly and easy to talk to. They have additional services like assisted stretching. Eduardo is awesome and so are the massage therapists. We've moved out of state 3 times and when we've return we are happy to get started up again. I'll step aside and wait until the other lady is through and I'll speak to her. She never did say anything to the other lady that was working out front with her. They had their own little conversation. Small talk talking about other patients showing files. Never even looked at me, never acknowledged me. The new person never told the other lady why I was there. So I left, I will never go back there again. I was looking so forward to going here. Because when I called the person I spoke to was so nice so reassuring, and then when I get there, the 2 older women up front drop the ball, big time. As soon as I walked in the environment was calm and clean, the receptionist was friendly and checked me in quickly. The chiropractic office is large and offers several types of technology to help with adjustments and other services. The doctor was kind and informative, and I left feeling upright and really good. I will be back this week for another adjustment and hopefully another round in the amazing massage chair. If you're local give this place a try, they also accept several types of insurance.

Dr. Kim was recommended to me by a nutritionist who worked with me in Alaska and I have no doubt that he is a great doctor. My rating is not for the doctor himself, but for the practice. I did not get to see Dr. Kim. I arrived about 45 minutes early for my appointment and knew I'd have some paperwork to complete so wanted to allow time for that and traffic. My husband was with me. We were greeted and welcomed and I took my clipboard to fill out the forms. Everything was great. Then the receptionist started talking to my husband and me. And she talked. And she talked. We responded to some of her comments but they were lost because she didn't stop. Friendliness is great. But this led to me walking out after about 50 minutes. Detailed stories about patients and how the receptionist had to "lecture" them about being accountable and following their diet. Very personal details about their conditions and history, treatment and response. I'm sure she thought she was advertising for the business. After just under 50 minutes and a little after the official start time of my appointment, I turned to my husband and said "There's apparently NO patient confidentiality here." I decided I didn't care to be the topic of the next conversation for the waiting room. At least not all my test results, recommendations and whether the receptionist thought I was a 'good patient' or not. I certainly don't want to be lectured about being accountable. First of all, I'm not five years old. I also don't care to be called "skinny" repeatedly. When you've been unwell and lost some weight, it's not exactly a compliment. On the basis that I have no confidence in the practice holding any kind of confidentiality, I decided to leave before I was called in. It's a shame. Dr. Kim is a recommended practitioner who does NRT, which is not easy to find. However, the lack of respect for privacy left us reeling in disbelief.
