I started there about two weeks ago with lower back and hip pain. I was only able to walk about…read more50-100ft before i would have to stop to stretch to relive the pain. So the week before i go on Vacation to Costa Rica i go in and get in two session with Dr. Williams and Dr. Fowler. Let me tell you something i was able to walk 300-400 meters while on vacation with minimum pain it was a great feeling. After i have come back from vacation i had another session and it went great. I am going to do 5 more session to see where i am at but i feel so good thanks tol Aligned 4 Life Wellness.
