Today I was screamed at for almost 20 minutes by workers at this medical office. I've had multiple…read morenegative experiences, especially with the office manager. Today (10/17), when I was simply trying to obtain my medical notes, Vivian and the office manager screamed at me, continuously talked over me, invalidated the truth, and verbally assaulted me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients should feel respected and supported. My initial visit on 9/20 was due to a serious medical emergency--I was found unconscious and rushed to the hospital. I was seeking immediate outpatient medical treatment and expected the office to provide professional assistance during this critical time. However, that was far from the case. When I first arrived on 9/20, I was required to sign a privacy policy notice agreement but was never shown the actual policy. Later, on 9/23, I tried accessing my medical notes through their online portal, but encountered issues. Vivian helped set up my account and spent almost 30 minutes troubleshooting the portal, only to tell me she would call me back once she could see it from the user's perspective. I never received that call and was left completely in the dark about my medical records. Due to the condition I was in after the hospital visit, I was unable to handle all my medical and business matters, so my mother (who is my caretaker) called on my behalf. She also experienced passive-aggressive, uncooperative behavior from the office manager. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups over three weeks, we've received little to no resolution and extreme unprofessionalism. After more than 10 calls with no resolution and today's disturbing confrontation with Vivian and the office manager, I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the Nevada State Board for the mismanagement of my care and the verbal abuse I experienced. In the meantime, I've decided to maintain my composure, disengage, and pursue alternative care away from this toxic and verbally abusive environment.

Dr Rosenstein is professional, an excellent and motivated doctor who actually follows through with patient care, which is sadly hard to find here in Vegas. I had my first pcp for 2 years (Chandler) and he was kind, responsive and did a good job managing my medications. I was sad to find out after a cancelled appointment without notice this last February that he left the practice "I now know why". The office failed to notify me and when I tried to schedule with a new doctor there they made me pay an extra $80 on top of my co-pay because I'm now a "New Paitient" I was finally able to have my first appointment with Callie Collins who was also noice and professional. A few days after this appointment I inquired about getting a referral for a procedure that had been briefly discussed already with my primary and they insisted I had to schedule another appointment "Money Grab"... the office staff was not only hard to get ahold of but were extremely rude to me when I explained the protocol for the doctor I was asking to be referred to. The office staff has very little in the way of medical knowledge, policy or procedure but we were able to get the referral done without an extra appointment. Fast forward to 07/01/2025 I tried to schedule an appointment with Quest for routine bloodwork that Callie Collins said she was going to order and it wasn't available. I tried all day and left messages with Healor about sending my bloodwork and they informed me that I was no longer a patient... horribly confused I tried calling and they ignored my calls but texted me that they sent me my medical records back on 04/28/2025 as if that was the indicator for discharging me as a patient. Those records were requested by me so I had hard copy's to go over with another specialist. There was zero communication between us in writing or verbal to indicate leaving the care of my pcp. After several attempts to figure out what's going on I recieved a text back from them that they discharged me for being rude. I texted back, That was not true and there is zero evidence of such events occurring. I am certain they made an error or misunderstood something "maybe me requesting my records" as me electing to leave which was not the case. In either case Healor failed to notify of cancellation or being discharged from their care. Fortunately I have maintained all communication records since the first incident of them not notifying me of my doctor leaving or cancellation. I have filed a complaint with the Nevada board and have since retained an attorney. An apology would go a long way in situations like this but they refuse to take accountability or any effort to rectify the issue in a professional manner. I am curious how many other patients of this facility have fallen victim to patient abandonment as this could end up as a class action suit. I've already had a few people I know tell me that they too have had this happen with them and have since found care elsewhere. CHOI: I have been a patient of Dr. Choi since 2015 (way back when he was in Summerlin in the brown offices starting out - one of his first few patients he started with) , and I can say without hesitation that having Dr. Choi as my physician has been one of the most meaningful and reassuring constants in my life. Over the years, he has been there for me through some of my toughest moments, as well as some of my best. His care has extended far beyond what I believe most people would consider the ordinary responsibilities of a physician. Dr. Choi and all of his staff have made sure I was taken care of even after hours, remained involved through multiple hospitalizations, and consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that I received the care and attention I needed. What distinguishes Dr. Choi from most physicians however, is the way he advocates for his patients. There have been times when I was physically, emotionally, or otherwise unable to advocate for myself, and he stepped into that role without hesitation. Knowing that someone was in my corner--someone who understood my history, listened to me, and genuinely cared about my well-being--made an immeasurable difference. After more than a decade as his patient, I don't view he simply as a physician. I view him as someone who has earned my deepest trust and gratitude through years of compassion, dedication, integrity, and unwavering commitment to my care. Exceptional physicians are difficult to find. A physician who consistently treats you like a person rather than a patient is even rarer. I had zero energy, fatigue, joint pain and was not feeling like my beautiful, fun, funky self. I had been to 2 other endocrinologists and also seeing a PCP as I have a rare medical condition. I live w/1 adrenal gland due to a tumor I had removed 10 years ago. As it is rare, I am fairly educated on it as I have to be. There are only so many studies that have been done for people living with my condition long term and adrenal gland function. Dr. Castorino had ordered labs, reviewed my labs and knew exactly my condition and what needed to be done to get me feeling better. I am now feeling again like a fully functional adult and owe it to Dr. Castorino for taking the time to listen to me and understanding the basics of adrenal function. Thank you!

Firstly, I wanna start by saying the staff has not been rude by any means, but just extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I started going to this doctor, specifically Dr. Noorda, because of the incredible reviews he had about him as far as his practice and medicine... I wanna make it very clear that I am only continuing to come to this office because of the incredible care that I've received from Dr. Noorda and only because of that. Otherwise, it has been extremely frustrating and an impeccable waste of my time... I Initially went in 11/26 to get blood drawn and provide samples that I was asked for for testing... When I arrived, there was a ton of confusion on what test were actually supposed to be performed on me so that was frustrating, and then after they finally figured everything out, and I was able to provide them with the correct paperwork, they took the samples they thought I needed it, and I proceeded to leave the office as normal... Literally less than three minutes later they called me back to back letting me know if I'm able to rush back in. They forgot to give me some test that we're on the list for me that day, which was already a red flag, but I decided that everyone makes mistakes and I went back in with no problem., Mind you I live over 25 minutes away, so this is not convenient travel wise for me by any means, but I will travel anywhere for good care. Fast-forward to today, December 4, I go in for my appointment to drop off the test that I was sent home with 11/26 to test me further, and when I went in to drop off the samples, everything appeared to be fine. I gave them to the phlebotomist, And I left... As per usual. Unbeknownst to me, I'm driving 25 minutes away to go back home and get back to work, I'm on a work call as I drive home and I noticed that Mountain View called me twice back to back... I'm on an important call so I cannot switch over, and the first thing I thought is there is absolutely no way they are calling me because they forgot something again, I am already traumatized that happened to me the first time. Once I was finished with my work call, I gave them a call back lo and behold just to find out that yet again they incorrectly read my charts. They told me that the way that the tests were requested. So now I have to go back for my appointment December 18, but we were originally supposed to discuss all of the results that I had already sent in, now that Appointment is essentially obsolete because the testing still isn't done, mind you I have driven back-and-forth to the office more than five times now trying to achieve the same results and something that should be extremely simple... all she could literally tell me verbatim was "well you don't have to drive back up here if you don't want to I was just making you aware"... Girl of course I have to drive back up there. This is my health we're talking about, no matter how frustrating it is I'm going to do whatever it takes to finally get these test submitted, but wow the hoops I've had to go through is crazy!
