Health First was 1 of the many CHP (Children's Health Plus, a state-guided children's health plan) plans we researched but notably, Eric's superb detail and being familiar with all the terms and details alongside my knowledge along with the clear premiums and clear documentation and good website all gave us the confidence to enroll our children with Health First and none of the many other CHP providers. So far so good as they're enrolled now we pay premium and the eligibility date (the 1st of the next month after enrollment) arrives.

We spoke to the HR department (Julissa) who was very kind and transferred me to the administrator (Lenna) who reassured us that they would be able to do this as long as we set things up before we came so that a caretaker & nurse could meet us there. We requested only female aides as my mother would not be comfortable with a male aide assisting her with the private matter of showering; the women who assisted my mother were very caring and gentle with her. She was very comfortable with them and enjoyed their good humor. I was impressed with the knowledge and understanding of this kind of situation. Thank you! A+

But Dr didn't close the door and our conversations probably went outside. I was uncomfortable. Although I told him but he raised voice louder and Louder. No one came what's going on. I think he tried to explained to me well but I understood him very well. He had a strong accent so he might thought I didn't understand what he was saying. it could be Language barriers. I felt bad for him. besides that, this place is ok. So I hope next time it shouldn't happen. I recommend this place for annual or any exams/ vaccines etc. Receptionists are professionals and calm. Pretty good. I could give 5stars for them. Poland spring is available at the waiting areas. Bathroom is available but it's not in the waiting room. you'll need to ask the receptionist. I hope my info helps. the neighborhood is many cafes/restaurants/groceries/discount stores. you'll probably enjoy after the visit.
