I just had my first visit at this facility. I have many back complications, herniated disc (1 yr. old), scoliosis (since childhood), and with this visit I find out my spine is not in alignment. I made an appointment for acupuncture through class pass to relieve some pain. My Dr./Acupuncturist Nikki, took her time with me explaining the condition of my spine, the healing process, and the many questions I had. I also added on a deep tissue massage along my spine per her recommendation. It was not pleasant but necessary, I felt so much tenderness at the points the massage therapist was working through. Of course after one visit you can't really notice results, what I can say is the doctors were very knowledgeable and patient and I will be returning consistently to hopefully notice some results. read more

Came here for the first time last December 2019 just to try their service. As much as I wanted to come back, I got too busy and didn't return until I really had to. My elbow has been hurting for three weeks, I found out that it's called Tennis elbow. They recommended the acupuncture with electric stimulation for 20 mins. Then a 15-minute massage after. Everybody is very nice, they make u feel welcome and comfortable. I was scared to try the acupuncture but they assured me that it's gonna be okay. Ms Choi is a sweetheart, she also gave me tips on how to exercise my shoulders and arms. Another lady, Ms. Cho is very nice too. She told me that she will put two needles first to make me feel how it is, then I can tell her if I still wanna proceed. She's very gentle that I didn't even feel some of the needles that she put. For the stimulating part, she started me with less intense since it's my first time trying it. She left after starting it up but came back twice to check on me. I had a good massage too, I can say that she really knew what she's doing. My elbow felt so much better after all these! Will definitely come back here again! read more

I had sciatica for 2 yrs with shooting pain down to my left foot. I went to several clinic, the pain didn't go away. One of my friends recommended this clinic, I went to there last month, one physical therapist was very knowledgeable when she was doing my evaluation, she told me there was nothing wrong with my sciatic nerve, just the muscle compressed the nerve. She taught me how to stretch my piriformis and other exercises. The acupuncturist was amazing, she asked my pain experience then put many needles on my lower back with caring. I followed the plan they gave to me. My pain went away after 8 sessions. I will definitely recommend this clinic for chronic pain!!!! read more

I've been coming to Wellington PT for three months now for a wrist sprain and carpal tunnel. The acupuncturist and physical therapist have been patient and helpful -- trying different techniques and teaching me at-home exercises to strengthen my wrists and stabilize my grips. They really take their time with each patient. I have never once felt rushed during a session. Staff are really friendly and ready to assist with any issues that happen. They will accommodate to your needs and appointments are really easy to set up. There is a masseur here on Monday and Wednesday mornings (only male here at this time) who is great at getting knows out and fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend him if you can make it.
