More than having my complete confidence at this facility, I am now being provided a comprehensive and easy to understand (including references and definitions) of my condition within a few days of my appointment. This being a complete surprise, I reveled in the fact I had at my fingertips a complete report with images and diagrams showing me exactly what my physician would be looking at and discussing with me at a near future appointmen. Thank you Touchstone for introducing this new approach of education for your patient, it will allow me time to digest and prepare much better for a more productive discussion when meeting with my physician. They also waited until the my husband got to his appointment to tell him he has to reschedule due to the doctor not seeing patients after a certain time. After he rescheduled with a new doctor they put him with a nurse practitioner instead of an MD as he wanted. The nurse practitioner takes forever to get his prescription filled because they have to get it approved by the MD. We already found a new practice to go to. This one is awful!!

Not handicap accessible- put an automatic door for the employee entrance (which, don't get me…read morewrong- it's amazing that they have that for disabled employees and I believe every place should be handicap accessible), but has no automatic door for the patient entrance, and the doors are unreasonably heavy. It's almost impossible to push someone with a wheelchair inside by yourself, and the door is too far away from the desk for employees to see so that if other patients don't help, it's all but impossible to get inside. They spray something or put something on the carpet, completely disregarding that some patients having chemo, who have chemical sensitivity, and/or severe allergies could have severe reactions to it. It's even worse in the back- oil burners/plug-ins or something nearly put me in the hospital they were so noxious. That's just two of the many reasons I'm so happy to have switched doctors- people shouldn't have to leave the doctor's office more ill than they were when they got there. Bringing it up to staff does basically nothing- they'll apologize for the trouble, but nothing is really done about it. All in all: very disappointing experience

I made the drive, waited about 30 min before I was brought back for a flu shot, a mask fit test, TB blood draw, vision test. Took about 20 min for everything. Got a call the next day that "my blood never made it in the basket". Can I come back? Lol Supervisor called me back and tried to blame fed ex. Sorry, you're employees already admitted their mistake. It was one tube of blood. How can you mess that up? ‍

This center is located in SWLR. I have passed it by many times but have never visited. I went for…read morethe first time on January 10, 2020. I waited for about 20 minutes or so and was sent to the back and was out in 10 minutes or less. The waiting room had a handful of others before me. Everyone was nice and professional and prompt. The place was clean too. I also like that you can see the outside through the front doors like a window as opposed to being in a windowless room. That makes a big difference when you are waiting. I would use this place again if I needed to.
