What u r leaving out, Anthony, is the information regarding the number if voice mails I left you and Shane that went unanswered for months, to which I was forced to follow up with emails and postings. I was told by your employees that u would contact me about the screens .... They personally assured me they would let u know about the damage. I followed up after more than a month had passed with numerous calls, which were all unanswered. These were messages to mostly shane, then I started leaving u voice mails. Ultimately, it cost me $179 to have my screens repaired and replaced .... At this point in time I think we r both ready to move on. I wish u the best, but I am done with your company. read more

Healthy Home came to my house and cleaned the carpets in all of the rooms. They were fast, friendly, efficient. They treated stains, moved furniture and were on time. There were no hidden costs and the price was great! They use all natural products and are safe for babies and pets. I fully recommend using Healthy Home for carpet cleaning and window cleaning, and I'll probably be reviewing their A/C duct cleaning shortly. (Turns out those A/C ducts need to be cleaned periodically. Who knew! The things you discover as a new homeowner...) So I messed up a bit with my Groupon/Crusader Deal. I thought one was for windows, and one for carpeting, and I scheduled both services for the same day. So once I went to print the coupons in the morning, I realized they were both for window cleaning. I gave Healthy Home a call, and they immediately said: No problem, just use the value of the Groupon for the carpet cleaning instead, we don't mind! They hadn't even reached my house yet and I was already impressed! Very nice of them. They sent over a crew of two people, who nicely cleaned 20 some windows and a skylight in just an hour. They did an excellent job, and went over them all in the end to inspect them and make sure they were all done to my satisfaction. Really nice guys too! I'm amazed at how much brighter everything looks outside now haha. I must admit I'd never cleaned the windows, in the few years we'd lived in this house (brand new when we moved in), and I'd forgotten how nice it is to actually have them be perfectly clean. Hurts the wallet a bit, but it's totally worth it! An hour later the guy for the carpet cleaning, same company, arrived. I showed him around the area I needed cleaned, and in no time he had everything moved, including heavy stuff and all, and began tackling the carpet itself. He did a great job, even the closet where an elderly cat had peed (we'd adopted her from my grandmother and she was very upset about the change so she peed all over the carpeted walk-in media closet). I enjoyed chatting with the guy, and it turns out he loves cats too, and even dared pet my grandma's cat, who's absolutely vicious normally but seemed to like him. So we finally have our carpets "reclaimed" from the pet smells and looking like new again! Feels good, man! :) In short, we were very pleased with both the work and the employees. They did a great job, took care of everything quickly, used all natural cleaning materials (!!) and I enjoyed chatting with them. I'll definitely be hiring them again for windows, carpets, and probably also the A/C ducts. read more

I was in a total bind with a tenant that moved out and was not able to do any cleaning. After 4 years of occupancy with little cleaning, you can only imagine what a massive amount of work was left to do and with only 2 days until the new tenants came in (think soda stains on the walls, dead insects in the cupboards, etc.). I was on the verge of tears! I did a Google search and found Healthy Homes. Anythony answered immediately and was able to come the very next day to clean the carpets. He then told me about his move-out cleaning and window cleaning. I bundled all of them together and Anthony, Shane, Rick, and Gretchen all came and worked TIRELESSLY on our home including hauling away 2 van fulls of stuff to the dump. Anthony actually scrubbed the kitchen himself for 6 hours to get it back to new. I was certain the carpets would never come clean, but they look almost like new. Shane spent a lot of time on them and really focused on the trouble spots. The windows are beautiful. The tracks are clean and there are no more cobwebs. All of this for a price that I consider very reasonable. I am not sure about the other comments on Healthy Homes, but our experience was excellent. Thank you Anthony and team! read more

I have you used this company twice in the past to clean my carpets and windows and was satisfied with their service. However, things have changed! Most recently I left a message with Health Home and asked for a return call....never received one. I called back a week later and was able to schedule a cleaning for numerous rooms in our house. The day they were scheduled to clean my home, they didn't show up! I actually had to call them at which point they told me they weren't going to be able to make it. It's a Saturday, I have 2 small children and my house was completely torn apart. Typically in these situations companies try to rectify the situation with an apology and a solution. I did not receive this and felt like they really didn't care. I feel like this is totally un-acceptable and will never recommend this company to any of my friends or family again. read more

I would not use this company again. One guy came in and vacuumed the carpet. He did a quick job that resulted in him running into my wood furniture repeatedly. As he was denting my furniture, I was talking to Anthony (owner?!) of the business, I waited for him to tell the guy to quit ruining my furniture. Well, he didn't. So very uncomfortably, I had to tell the guy to stop denting my furniture. I thought that would be obvious, but apparently it wasn't! After my carpets were cleaned, I realized what was done. They used a carpet cleaner that went round and round in circles on my carpet. It shredded my carpet fibers and made my carpeting look fuzzy. It looks awful. As Anthony went outside to load up the equipment, the other guy stayed behind and preached at me. He told me how church had changed his life and invited me to church. AWKWARD!!! I was sooo not comfortable with that- I paid, your equipment is packed so please leave. Why did Anthony allow the worker to do this? Unless this is what they do?!?! read more

Called earlier this week for an appointment and got one all set up for 10:00 am on Saturday. I gave my address and everything so they would know exactly where to go. Saturday came and I received a call at 9:30 am telling me that they would be late and would probably arrive at about 10:30. I received the next phone call at 11:30 am (AN HOUR LATE) saying that his GPS could not find our house and he was not even in the right city which would push the time back by over another half hour. I would expect a competent business person who is traveling to peoples' homes to map out their route for the day and know where they are going and I would expect a courteous person to not call an hour and a half after the original agreed upon time. read more

I have had Healthy Home come to our house for services twice. Both times they were friendly, on time, and did a great job. First, we had our carpets cleaned, and they turned out really well. The method that they used to clean the carpets was way better than what a previous company had done, and left the carpets clean and almost dry to the touch. I was very impressed, and will use them for our carpets again. I also appreciate that the products that they use are non-toxic. This past week, we had them come back to clean the upholstery on our sofa, love seat, chair, and ottoman. Again, they did a fantastic job. The prices for their services are very reasonable, and I highly recommend this company. read more

Don't count on them. I contacted them online to schedule an appointment. They sent me an email with three time. I called them back within an hour and these times were never available. They scheduled me for another time and canceled that night. I called them back to reschedule and then they called back to cancel again. This is my go-to company for cleaning our white(!) carpet. We have used many different companies over the years and I'm always stunned, pleased, and grateful with what this company accomplishes. The most recent time we had Connie and she worked for hours until she was pleased with the quality of her work and the cleanliness of the carpet! Sometimes after a carpet is cleaned a week or so later the dirt magically reappears. This has not been my experience in using this company. Long ago I also had the experience of unreturned phone calls. I am so glad I persisted because I have never been disappointed in their work. They have cleaned our carpet perhaps 5 times. Do not use this place. They ruined our roof. They won't reply to emails. The only solution Shane had was for them to come and put tar on the screws that were put into our roof, from there previous repair. The screws & tar won't replace the roof that we now have to get. So much for satisfaction guaranteed. We paid $600 to have our roof cleaned. We didn't get any of it back. Now we're out $10,000 for a new roof. read more

I called to make an appointment to have the walk ways on my wall to wall carpet cleaned. I had them clean it 1 1/2 years ago Shane from Healthy Home came at the agreed upon time. He did an excellent job, with providing extras along the way at no cost. Shane even did a small favor for me involving something I could not do myself. He was excellent and professional. I love the fact that whatever and however they clean carpets does not get the fabric soaking wet and is dry in just a couple of hours with no stickiness. HOORAY FOR HEALTHY HOME CARPET CLEANING!! Do NOT give them any of your money as this is THE WORST "cleaning" company ever!! We were moving to a new house and wanted to have the house cleaned before we moved our stuff in. I paid them $1200 to clean my house and carpets and they did absolutely the LEAST amount of cleaning they could possible do!! Blinds were still dusty, there was food in the kitchen corners, streaks all over a mirror, and they broke a vase and we are pretty sure they broke our garage door opener as it wasn't working after they left through it. I made the mistake of leaving the house while they "cleaned". Anthony stated it would be a four hour cleaning job. When I got back two hours later, they were gone. I had a tight schedule as the movers were coming in two days and I had to have the house ready to go. As a result I spent the next two days cleaning my house from top to bottom. I called Anthony to explain the situation and it took him a week to call me back. By that time, I had already cleaned the house and we moved stuff in. There was no way that I would want them to come back to clean my house again and requested a refund. After numerous phone calls and text messages back and forth, Anthony verbally agreed to refund me $400. That promise was made in November and I have yet to see a single penny from this loser company. I didn't take any pictures of their crappy work so I don't have any evidence to pursue this legally. I would pay however much money it took to get my money back from these slimy people if I had a case to take to court. I hope that someone shuts them down!!! read more
