When I called to reschedule, they told me I'd still be charged for the appointment even though I had a medical reason. To avoid losing my session, I agreed to keep the appointment and simply asked the therapist to avoid the strained area. But because I was honest and disclosed my injury, they refused to treat me altogether, yet STILL demanded payment for the canceled session before I could rebook. This company takes advantage of customers under the guise of "policy." Massage Envy is nothing more than a scam.

Dr Stromberg, Dr Amon & Dr Tolman have all adjusted me and it's hard to pick a favorite because I feel like they are very detail oriented in their care, I never feel rushed, & they don't let me leave until all my issues are addressed, SO THOROUGH! I also think every person in the staff is wonderful and so caring and kind up front and the girls in back listen to me whine and give me exercises and therapy for my aches and pains.
