Jade is a very knowledgeable and experienced masseuse. She found issues and areas I hadn't even mentioned to her and worked on them in ways that I had not experienced before with other masseuses. My neck and range of motion are significantly better off after spending 90 minutes with her yesterday. I had initially come to see her about my lower legs and feet. I already made a follow up appointment with her for next week before I leave the area in the hopes she can work out a few more kinks. She's probably the best masseuse that has ever worked on me. I like Jade's therapeutic massage because she is honest. Does a great job, is gentle and she knows when and where to apply more strength when my muscles need it. It has taking me a bit to find a person that knows what she is doing. Sometimes I use a walking cane to help me go places. When I have a massage, I leave Jade's office without the walking cane. She is that good! She has help me with my neck, shoulders, back, and legs. At first it did hurt but I handle it because I knew that I will be fine the next day. Living in California I have plenty therapist in many modalities of healing to choose from, so I didn't expect to find much up here in Ogden....... until I found Jade! I went to see because I recently threw my back out in a major way. Upon arrival Jade asked all right questions, took a few photos of my flexability, or lack of and walked me through a few exercises that would help as a follow up after my massage session with her. I'm 6ft 190 pounds so at first glance I had my doubts about whether or not she would be strong enough to get the deep areas that I needed work on. I have been on many of tables over the years and within 5 minutes of laying on Jades table my doubts were put to rest. She is plenty strong for even big strong people and as the 2 hour massage progressed her strength did not fade at all, I was very impressed. Jade really listened to me beforehand and spent the majority of our time focusing on exactly what I asked her to. Jade knows the human anatomy very well, she also Incorporated some pressure points and stretching as part of our session. When our massage session was complete she concluded my visit with a follow-up on the importance of stretching certain areas and I was on my way. Wow! Jade is one of the most talented therapists I've ever met. She knows how to treat damaged muscles correctly. After my first visit, my muscles were so relaxed, I could barely walk. I was in a car accident and did not have full motion of movement in my neck. Jade hurt me so good! The massage was deep and painful in the beginning, but I regained immediate movement. I first went to Jade for my right knee. It was a few days into January and I went for a run and somehow pulled something in the back of my knee. It was a knot the size of a grape and it was really tight. I did a lot of stretches and rubbed it but I knew I messed it up too much to go skiing for awhile. After a couple of weeks I headed up to Alta and skied about six runs until it got to were I could hardly even make turns on my right side. It was a bummer because we reserved a week to ski Jacksons Hole in early February. I've always wanted to ski there and my friends were counting on me. I found Jade because I had read some of her reviews and thought it's worth a shot. If nothing else I love a good massage. Right away she felt a problem with my hips. That was shocking because I didn't even tell her about how bad my hips have been hurting especially when I'm sleeping on my side. She could also tell that my left side was worse than my right. Back to my knee, she worked it so hard my head was sweating! I could hardly stand it and at first I thought it was just going to be worse. The next day that bump was gone! I am not kidding! Im not gonna lie it was tender from the massive workover but I went to Jacksons Hole and skied three days straight and made my turns with no pain. I was so thrilled that I found someone so remarkable and extremely professional! I also have a cist in my lower back I've had since early 2,000 and have neglected from getting the surgery. Jade found it and started to rub it really hard and told me she can fix it with no surgery. I told her it was too long ago so I was doubtful. After three or four times going there my cist has shrunk to almost nothing and it doesn't really hurt anymore. This is really long but I cant tell you enough how great she is! I've had at least fifteen sessions and have sent my sister for her tendonitis, my mother n law and my partner. All keep going back happily!
