This establishment called me multiple times a week before, on Sunday, Feb 22, 2026, assuming that I was supposed to come in on that Sunday. I reiterated that the appointment was set for March 1st. On the day of the appointment, March 1st, I was traveling from out of town to come here. I called to let them know that I would be up to 15 minutes late due to traffic en route. I arrived at 6:15 PM on the dot, and they started to call me again. I told them I was literally outside. At check-in, I showed a Groupon deal from my phone. It seemed like they had a difficult time authorizing the voucher; however, they were eventually able to honor it. Pertaining to the massage experience, it was executed nicely. I truly enjoyed the methods and techniques that were applied during the session. The other letdown was that the staff member rushed me a bit, constantly knocking on the door and asking if I was ready to go. Instead of accepting it, Nancy became visibly upset and began demanding more money, creating a very uncomfortable and unprofessional scene. My family member tried to calmly explain her reasoning, but Nancy continued to insist, and the situation escalated to the point where additional money was given just to diffuse the confrontation. Tipping should always be based on the quality of service and given voluntarily. It should never be demanded or coerced. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business as a whole. I'm sharing this not to attack, but to highlight an experience that needs attention. After your treatment they would walk you to a sitting area, remind you there's a hot tub to us, ask what kind of drink you want and bring you a plate of fruit and snacks.
