Mind you, this isn't difficult since this area really isn't known for their great health food stores. This place is small, but they have a huge array of great little foods. Most things in the store are completely organic, and if you are looking for something in particular, the woman behind the counter was more than happy to help me find it. In fact, she was great about suggestions for things. While I was studying for the bar, my stomach was more or less in a knot for 2 months and I needed something to help me relax, she pointed me in the right direction and all the stuff she gave me really did help me sleep better and made me just FEEL better.
