I've been here three times and it has happened every time, it always takes over 2 hours. They also try to tack on other unnecessary procedures just to make a buck. I don't want to be sold on anything, including their $200 oral B toothbrush every visit, I just want my teeth and gums healthy and clean, simple. I would NOT recommend anyone going here. They also don't like speaking English the ladies at the reception desk and the Dentists themselves. The prices are reasonable considering other dentists in the area, but the service is horrible.

Dr. Zaya has great bedside manner and he is very excited about the work that he does, which made me feel very comfortable. His work so far has been great. The doctor re-did a crown on two teeth for me and the results are beyond what I expected. He explained to me the process from step 1 to end and was knowledgeable beyond what I can explain here about the materials and procedures. He also has the latest technology at the office-- tools I had never seen before. To top it off, the staff is so, so friendly. It is always a pleasure to go into the office.

Having said that, my visit here was very pleasant. This place was recommended to me by family members who come here often, there's really no best referral than that of people you trust. I came on a weekday for a cleaning and general examination and left very satisfied with their services. The staff was very nice and took the time to explain every procedure as they were doing it, I was a little nervous at times and they genuinely tried to calm me the heck down, haha. I highly recommend this place and plan to comeback soon to see the orthodontist to fix a minor gap in my teeth.
