I found Dr. Hicks and his team after hurting my back wrestling moving boxes. They got me in the same day and immediately did x-rays to assess the injury. I've been to many chiropractors, and he's the only one who did this! He told me the first goal was to get me out of pain, which started that same day. I felt better quickly and he showed me some issues in my back that led to the injury, and presented a plan to improve that to prevent recurring problems. I'm no youngster so it took a few months to correct the spine, but I feel fantastic now and am back to my usual hectic lifestyle and outdoor activities. I can't recommend Dr. Hicks and his team strongly enough. They are not only highly skilled but truly caring people who support you completely and provide useful information to keep the healing going. Amy was very thorough on explaining everything that their office provided and was very thorough on previous injuries and care. Introduced me to the DR. and listened to all my future needs. Dr Hicks and his staff are amazing. I had never been to a chiropractor before so I decided to try their $49 special. They immediately noticed that my neck was not curved correctly, which they suspected was a factor in my sleep apnea. I agreed to a 3 month treatment plan and the results were impressive. Based on my cpap machine readings, the number of nights without any apnea tripled (from 2.3 nights/month before treatment to 6 nights/month after) and the average number of apnea events dropped from 0.4/hour to 0.2/hour. I have seen an ear/nose/throat specialist and an allergist but neither suggested chiropractic treatment as an option. I'm so fortunate to have stumbled into this treatment! read more

I'm a dental hygienist with beginning carpal tunnel and Dr. Hicks has been able to get me some relief with symptoms by doing neck and wrist and adjustments. I call it voodoo but it's definitely a science. I'd never had chiropractic care before and was nervous but he explained everything thoroughly. Well, just realized after 6 months of treatment, I'm just now seeing the bottom half of Dr. Hicks face on his pic here. I'm a chiropractor skeptic. Too many quacks and charlatans. But he did wonders for my wife so when I could no longer sleep on my back or bend at the waist due to sciatica, I gave in and let her set me up with an appointment. Wow! Professional, caring, actually listened and seems to love his career and loves his patients like family. It's not just a job for Dr. Hicks; it's a passion and it shows. After a very aggressive treatment 3 times a week for a couple months and tons of at-home homework exercises, we've tapered off treatments and my back feels better than it has in a solid 7-10 years. Amy runs the nutrition side, which is mostly yummy, but she helps non stop to keep you on track with your goals. Allison runs the rest and makes me do my traction. Sigh.
