The website has great functionality and was very easy to gather information from and to schedule a class. When I arrived the person at the front desk must have gathered I was a new student, greeted me by name and helped direct me and introduced me to the instructor. The instructor was very kind, making note of my limitations and gently helping me understand things I was doing wrong, giving instructions directly and indirectly. I actually surprised myself being able to do things I didn't expect I was capable of. You don't have to be able to everything perfectly, just what is comfortable. It was also more meditative than I expected which I really enjoyed. After the class some very nice classmates were very complimentary and welcoming. I am sure I will get more out of these classes as I become more familiar with yoga. And I definitely will be continuing. I did a pretty wide internet search from rec center to other schools in the area and am glad I settled on this one. It was exactly what I was looking for.

They have tons of different classes here and the owner Brian is super nice. The locations very relaxing when you first walk in and smells fabulous. They have a lobby area where you can buy different items and some clothing, and it's really spacious here. The class I did was about a hour and a half long and really helped me feel better. Even though I prefer heated courses, Brian did a fabulous job of getting us where we needed to go. I will return in the future for other events as the studio really is fabulous.

My appointment was changed due to "babysitting issues" but I saw her coming out of the sauna (no kids) wt the same time as my original appointment. Rochester is a small town. 3). During multiple appointments, the owner was scrolling through Facebook and texting during my session. She thought she was being sneaky but wasn't. Great support staff. Very kind and friendly. I won't reveal my identity because the defensive and crappy remarks that were made on the last bad review tell me you can't take any criticism. Learn some humility, you might get farther along. Jerome was my practitioner and he met me at the door when I arrived. He spoke to me about a few of my concerns but genuinely mentioned that he didn't want to know much because it could perhaps influence the session. I did not utter another word. His work was magical. After an hour of meditation and energetic healing, he expressed that two of my chakras were either stopped completely or slow. He cleared them both. I felt feeling refreshed and renewed. I will likely try this place one more time with another massage therapist and revise my review appropriately, as I did really like how I was treated before and after the massage and because I came to this place seeing that it has some great reviews. So, here we go: Pros: 1. Welcoming staff. 2.Good costumer service after the fact 3. Quaint feel Cons: *1. The massage therapist's service--no continuity/flow in the massage, she jumped from one body part to another haphazardly and quickly (within a minute she would jump from my shoulders, to my shins,back to my shoulders), pressure of massage was also not uniform and seemed haphazard as well; --I felt stressed during/end of the massage 2. The massage therapist's commentary--I heard about medication she was taking and then not taking, I heard about her dog, I heard about her sister, I heard about sunglasses she took off a rack at a store-- multiple topics that jumped around quickly as well. 3.Not sure what the scent was at the time of the massage, but this was not something that I preferred--I realize that this point is more subjective of an experience and that others may be fine with the scent--this point did NOT contribute to the star rating. -I got this massage in 2017. As she's working, I can feel energy shifting and I can get into a wonderful relaxed state of just being and not thinking. For someone who lives in their head all the time, it's a delightful feeling. You have the choice to have her say what's she's sensing or not but I love to hear what's she's sensing, as it's so accurate and to me, it helps me change to terms with my feelings or know what to focus on in the coming weeks. The best part is, after every cleanse, I feel lighter and more connected, even after some very heavy work that may bring up an array of emotions: when I leave, I feel like the sun is shining brighter and all my favorite songs are on the radio. And that feeling stays with me for several days to weeks after. The three session pack is a great deal for the amount of healing you get and it's very flexible: you could use these monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, etc depending on your needs. I was looking for rose quartz, moonstone, carnelian, hematite, aragonite and the tiger's eye. How wonderful to be able to find them all in one store. I was searching for them on Amazon, but I couldn't tell their size or the texture. Crystals are a new enigma for me. I can't wait to learn more about them. I only recalled crystal necklaces being popular with some kids during school and the Himalayan salt crystals at massage places of the last 5-10 years or so.
