I accompanied a patient to his office the other day and was amazed at how thorough Dr. Wade was. He took his time and explained everything in clear, layman's terms and was quite animated in his delivery. He is extremely personable and has a wonderful 'bedside manner', so-to-speak. I spoke briefly to at least 3 different people and all of them were nice. Dr. Tam was also surprisingly great. I had read the reviews before going so I expected an old asshole with a god complex, and he was not even close. He was super chill, friendly, and he sort of has a coolness about him that I wasn't expecting from a doctor lol. The guy is also super fit, so I went to lift some weights after my appointment. This supposed doctor damaged my mother's ear and now she is partially deaf. She was referred to…read morehim for a totally-unrelated nose issue but this man decided to forcefully work on the earwax in one of her ears, picking away despite repeated pleas from my mom to stop because the pain was unbearable...but no, the guy kept going until she was literally bleeding from her ear! Later on it was discovered that this doctor ruptured her eardrum(!) and she had to undergo surgery to repair it, but unfortunately the damage was done and she only has partial hearing in that one ear. Don't go to this totally incompetent and negligent 'doctor' unless you wish to become partially deaf too.

This clinic is very modern, and they allow you to make an appointment (though the clinic was…read morepractically empty). However the doctor lacked basic skill and the bedside manor was nonexistent. I saw Dr. Antoinette Mikhail to have 6 stitches removed from my back. After several minutes of scrounging to find scissors and tweezers she instructed me to take my shirt off with the door open. She then began digging at my back at which point she remarked, "these scissors are very dull, they are making this difficult." Didn't I know, it was my flesh she was picking at. She got up and left the room without explanation leaving me sat there in my bra with the door open, and returned with a more appropriate looking set of tools. She then proceeded to use a dental pick type tool to dig 2 "half stitches" out of my back, swabbed me with alcohol and sent me on my way. This was 4 days ago, I have since removed 3 half stitches myself and am quite certain there is a 4th still under my skin. I would not recommend this clinic for much more than a flu diagnosis.
