Waited over an hour...while subjected to highly niched music playing loudly. Frankly, an unpleasant experience overall.

I have been going to her for years because I was referred to her as a critical case with many complications and very little hope. I had all my teeth extracted and other surgeons had told me that even dentures would be an unlikely possibility for me. It took some surgeries and tremendous care, time, and brilliance, but Dr. David restored my teeth (and my life). I now have complete dental implants on top and bottom (with a titanium rod) sustaining them. It has been years since I had them done and nothing has gone wrong. If ever there are minor adjustments needed...she is so kind, compassionate, and solves the issue effortlessly. When you are in her presence, you instantly feel at ease and reassurance. She is gentle, kind, and most importantly, she is exceptionally gifted in her line of work. I am studying to write the bar this November and would have never been able to get to this point if it hadn't been for her. She will change your life...please trust my words. If it's quality and true expertise you want, you want Dr David!!!!! I hardly ever leave reviews, but i personally feel her excellence should be universally acknowledged and appreciated!! Jana

After the surgery my son had the normal amount of swelling but unfortunately it didn't go away. My son went back to Dr. Voutsas' office and was told that the lumps in my son's neck must have already been present before the surgery and that he must have mono so he should go to our family doctor. My son was put on antibiotics after the surgery as well as another round when he went back to the office. After the last appointment there was no follow-up from his office. My son went to his family doctor and it was confirmed for that his lymph nodes were still swollen with an ultrasound. He was then referred to an ENT who stated that Dr. Voutsas did not provide adequate after care from the procedure and that the swelling in his face will not go down for another five or so years. If you have a teen that does not want to deal with facial swelling for an extended amount of time DO NOT go to Dr. Voutsas for oral surgery!!!

He explained the procedure to me very clearly and patiently. After my oral surgery (under anesthesia), my recovery was remarkably problem free - minimal bleeding and minimal pain. I healed very quickly and was super happy with the results. In addition to being a terrific oral surgeon, Dr. Marshall Freilich is a very caring and dedicated dentist who talked to me about my emotional and physical recovery. He wanted to make sure that I was happy and feeling OK. Not surprisingly, the professionalism and caring carried over to his super staff. His assistant, Hodan, called me on the weekend of my recovery to make sure that I was feeling well and she called the following week. My questions were always addressed quickly, honestly and clearly. Dr. Freilich was recommended to me by my professionally-respected dentist, Dr. Stephen Zamon. I am grateful to the amazing Dr. Zamon for his choice and to Dr. Freilich for his work and for his professional and caring practice. Marsha K-G

Long story…read moreshort, I ended up in the hospital and advised that I should find a private surgeon to deal with it as the surgery required to remove all four (three and a half would be more accurate at that point) teeth would be "brutal". I was referred to Dr. Freilich by my boss and I couldn't have possibly been happier with such an unpleasant situation. The staff was very understanding and compassionate, especially when I was stumbling around after the procedure. The after care was exceptional - even when I thought I was getting an infection that turned out to just be dry socket mixed with the flu, I received great treatment without feeling like a hypochondriac. And it was prompt! I was initially worried that going to a specialist would mean a 3 month wait or something similarly silly, but I had my teeth removed within a week of my first visit. A procedure like mine is always expensive no matter where you go, and I was fortunate enough to have my work insurance cover most of it.

Great customer service, even over the phone they are so informative and caring. They booked me in the next few days after learning my condition, and they even had the doctor come in earlier than their operation time just to squeeze me in. As you can imagine, I was super nervous and in general very anxious with anything dental/surgery related. But, Dr Kanaan and the nurse walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. The procedure started with check ins (questions) and then a 360 Xray (which is by far the smoothest dental X-ray I've ever experienced). Then Dr Kanaan came in and did a consultation, explained to me the whole process and the options for anesthesia. I chose IV anesthesia and they walked me through the steps how it will happen. They gave me laughing gas to calm my nerves then inserted the IV where the anesthesia went in. All the staff were very nice and caring throughout the whole process. The last thing I remember was I Dr Kanaan putting a dental pillow inside my mouth, and then I got woken up by the nurse with my gauze already on. It felt like I just closed my eyes and when I opened them up, the deed is done. After the procedure they helped me walked around the room to get a feel of my surroundings. Asked me a couple of random questions to check my consciousness and then explained to me and my partner the process of after care. They don't cover insurance payment but they do send the paperwork and claim for you. I ended up paying $1000 including everything but it's totally worth it! The service is 10/10 and they also sent me the X-ray copies right after. It was overall a great experience! You could totally trust them with any extractions in the future. I highly recommend!
