I have been hearing impaired for approximately 18 years now. I have been to numerous Audiology clinics over the course of those 18 years. My regular MD recommended Hearing Health Care, Inc. in Shawnee, OK to have my ears cleaned. Dr. Kalies did a fantastic job of not only cleaning my ears, but also explaining in great detail all responses to my questions. The nurses and staff are outstanding to say the least, they are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Russ also took the time to discuss her hearing loss, remedy, and answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend Hearing Health Care, Inc. to anyone with hearing loss or concerns, they are wonderful people and by far the most knowledgeable Audiology Clinic I have ever visited. read more
