The hearing aids never worked well (when volume was appropriate feedback made it unacceptable). I returned repeatedly to the dealer over the past 22 months and try as she might (in 15 minute sessions) and she could never find a solution. After awhile I believe they thought I was a pain in the fanny but for thousands of dollars per ear I felt they should be able to dial them in. Ben was excellent. He asked all the right questions and worked tirelessly until he got them right. I can't say enough nice things about your company. My 95-year-old mother can not hear without her hearing aids that cost thousands of dollars. The last time they quit working (one of many), she took them in, and they had to send them out. They said it would take a week, maybe two. It has been about 5 weeks now. They made an appointment with her for today; she has to arrange for someone to drive her there... well, they called and cancelled 1 hour before the appointment!!! They said her hearing aids are in another clinic- well, for hell's sake, go get them. And why did the receptionist even schedule the appointment if they didn't have them there!! They had no options or solutions. Worst place ever, worst customer service. This receptionist should be replaced. Do not use this place. When Sanford was there, everything was top-notch; not anymore.

To start off with, I should tell you that I had suffered from severe back pain from a herniated lower disc in my back from a snowboarding injury from 15 years ago. For all those years my back pain persisted and I tried just about everything short of major surgery. My research in possible treatment options led me to Dr. Bill Cimikoski. I had a back treatment by Dr. Cimikoski and I had excellent results. But one important note is that I didn't get much improvement after the first treatment... So naturally, I was a little skeptical and concerned. Dr. Bill told me that about half the time he has to follow up the first treatment that he does, (which is with Stem Cells and PRP) with one or two treatments with PRP alone. The follow-up treatment did cost me another $700, and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive, but it was only after the second treatment that I started noticing improvement. I am so happy I did not stop after the first treatment as I would have had a very different attitude and a different result. I might have even left a bad review. I'm so glad I stayed with his treatment suggestions and did not give up hope after the first try. For me and my personal experience, after all these years and trying so many things that did not work, Dr. Bill and his treatments have made my life so much better. I am back to my old self with my back feeling great again and I am no longer living with back pain. We had great snow this winter and it was the first time in so many years that I got to really enjoy lots of ski days and without back pain. I found Dr. Bill and his staff to be kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The Doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime, even nights or weekends, if something came up or I had any questions or concerns. Again I had no idea what I was getting sold as this was my first time with hearing aids. I was told after some time if I wanted to change out for a different brand I could change. I was initially told I had a 3 year warranty and after told only one. After all I paid 3k for hearing aids and told I'd need to pay another 3k to get what I needed and told by Jay the owner that what I had was garbage and the would never have sold me them.
