I paid $4,500 for this package, but it's important to note that I wasn't purchasing a hair transplant package, I was actually purchasing a 6-month membership to the club, which she neglected to tell me. When I was nearing the end of my initial 6 months, she rudely interrupted my appointment and told me that my membership was about to expire and if I wanted another year it would cost me another $3,000+. I flat-out said I wasn't interested, and for the remainder of my membership, she frequently tried to get me to change my mind, even going as far to call me and try to persuade me to buy again even though I already said no. What a total lack of respect. Not only that, but during one of my weekly appointments, I was informed by one of the stylists that I actually could have done the surgical procedure. It turns out that Jennifer is not even a licensed cosmetologist, and therefore is not qualified to be giving people consultations on hair rejuvenation. That would be like someone with no experience in construction being hired on as a foreman. I suspect the reason she told me that I couldn't get the surgical procedure is because getting that done would have required me to travel to another facility in Denver or San Francisco, and if I had done that, she would not have made a commission off of me. She is also a total ditz. After one of my weekly appointments, I walked up to the front desk to book my appointment for the next week. I stood there for like 30 seconds waiting for her to acknowledge me while she sat there with her face locked on her computer screen. She finally looked up at me and said "Do you need something?". No, I just wanted to stare at you awkwardly. In my opinion, Jennifer couldn't care less about the actual needs of clients and is only interested in making a quick buck off of people.

Medication and was wearing off and I began to tremble and clench onto the table. It had a painful and hard tickle sensation where I knew I was still pretty numb; but the cannula was a weird experience. I have been wanting this done for 12+ years; and I also have my own version of "Ideal" body image for me. That being said, I do, love the 'plastic' look. I wanted my full abs, waist and back bra rolls done. I didn't want to exactly appear natural as I wanted the small narrow waist, following up to wide curvy hips which I would not want fat removal. I did stress this to the patient care consultant, Jessica. Even though I am still puffy after my first week, I am truly hoping the total of 2,000+ ml that was removed from these 4 areas were enough. I was advised the surgeon wouldn't remove too much or too little to give me a 'natural' look. Which let me still stress, this is NOT what I was going after. After a facial at this clinic using GlyMed+ products, I began developing a red, itchy, hot rash approximately 2.5 hours after the treatment. The reaction progressed the same evening and the following morning. I take good care of my skin and receive professional facials regularly (about once or twice a month). My daily routine is consistent and gentle, and I use skincare brands La Mer and Shiseido. I have not experienced reactions like this before. The clinic did respond promptly, had a PA assess me, and provided the full product list, which I appreciate. However, the facial involved multiple exfoliating and acne-focused steps in one session (including a physical scrub, a salicylic-acid-based clarifier, and a sulfur mask). For my skin, this combination was too aggressive and resulted in an adverse reaction. PA advised me to take an antihistamine and use a topical steroid. No compensation was offered for the service or the medication, and I purchased the antihistamine independently. I'm including before-and-after photos so others can see the severity.

From…read morea young age, I could never breathe solely through my nose, so I would pick at it until I had a perforation in my septum. Yes, I picked a hole in my nose... I know.... embarrassing....I had gone to see a highly rated ENT group in Seattle to try to fix what I thought was a deviated septum it and they determined they could not work on it, to which I was very frustrated at the time. At this point, I am glad they couldn't. I went to Dr. Fairbanks and he offers a different approach from any surgeon I have worked with. A thorough evaluation and explanation of the considered procedure, to where he even drew the anatomy of my nose to help my better visualize the procedure. (Apparently he does this for many of patients since his background is in artistic sculpting). Apparently one of my nostrils did not have any airflow to the turbinates (think air filters inside your nose that also protect against bacteria and infection) so he diagnosed that by operating and opening up my nostril to my turbinate, shaving them down rather than removing them (which is what many ENT's recommend), that it would dramatically increase airflow. It did! I have never been able to breath so clearly in my life and he also re-enforced my nose to protect against collapse from where I had picked as a kid. It is the first time I have ever been able to SOLELY breath through my nose! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WORLD CLASS IN SLC!
