On June 4, 2019, needing new dome tips, I tried contacting the seller, to find them out of business. I called Zounds headquarters in Chandler, Arizona and learned that they had closed all their franchises and now have stores only in that state. I then ordered the dome tips at a cost of $9.99. After 15 days, I still have not received them, and after two phone calls and two different excuses, I was told they would "look into it." I believe this is a moribund company, and their awful customer service reflects that.
