It's been 5 years since my review and I am happy to have connected with them again! My wife was in a local acute care facility rather close to their location. I called to make an appointment for my wife who had lost her hearing aids upon going to the hospital. I spoke with Scott the owner and he suggested that he could make a home visit and do EVERYTHING that would occur in his location. I jumped at the visit where it would be easier than checking my wife out of the facility, and she in a wheelchair!! He arrived at our facility, on time and had a suitcase full of equipment. In just a half hour we had chosen the new hearing aids, which he programmed for her situation, AND THEY WORKED FINE! What a nice and caring man. We will do business with him as needed!!! Read the contract carefully. What he is telling you, is not what the contract says. He was not able to find hearing aids to meet my needs and now I am out $600. Next time i would have asked for a minute so I could read it myself, instead of having them tell me how everything works and the put a contract in front of me that I feel is different. He said he would keep working with me but I needed to go somewhere with more updated equipment and that could find the tight solution but just keep trying things and having me spend my days off coming to the office. read more
